So, before I began this quest I noticed Elder Lyons getting out of bed with one of the scribes. Must be a special initiation to become one of the Lyon's Pride. I get back from you-know-where with the you-know-what and see people in the lower lab gathered, possibly for a satanic ritual. Elder Lyons, Scribe Brothchild, Sarah Lyons, more scribes, and more brotherhood are standing around like there should be a conversation. If I approach, control is taken away and I am forced to stand there while the abject, wild excitement of absolutely nothing happens. And that's the problem. How can my character ever have a hot, passionate encounter with Doctor Li and Dad when I am stuck in limbo with these weirdo technohorders?

Quest is supposed to advance. Quest says talk to Elder Lyons. If I get anywhere close to him it turns me into a stand-up zombie. And I was stupid enough not to be using a save manager. Because I just assumed that the revised Unofficial Patch would have fixed things like this. Help?

That part was very buggy for me too. The head scribe always left the meeting while delivering his line, with other characters responding like he was still there, but never ending the meetings.
