I installed the app good and gave create new shelter but provided that the application loads the shelter closes. I could not even start the game because this problem will not let me . help

I have the same problem.

Until a few days ago everything worked fine.

All of a sudden the app crashes everytime after I load my vault.

I can see the loading screen and right before showing the vault the whole app crashes.

I use a Galaxy Note 4 with Android 5.0.1

It would svck, if I lose my vault (including my Mr. Handys) :/

What can I do?

I have had this issue for 2 weeks now. contacted support and all they did was direct me to here... getting frustrated as i enjoy this game and now all it does is crash after 2 seconds of tapping the app. im using an iphone 5s on latest os. have tried turning phone off and on and also hard resetting the phone (pressing and holding the power and home button at the same time) nothing works! anyone able to help? dont want to delete and re-install as ill loose all my data

chalk up another user where the game crashes to the home screen. I use a Pantech Flex and the game has been doing fine. All of a sudden it crashes when I try and load the vault. Lots of in game purches made so I really don't want to lose my vault. I'm hoping a update is coming soon that will fix this problem.

Same issue started happening to me today. An official response would be nice, but we may have to start giving them bad reviews on places like iTunes for them to pay attention. Really don't want to lose everything.

Two days later and no response to our problem. I'm wondering if this site is moderated?

I was enjoying the game. Wondering if I shouldnt save my money and NOT buy Fallout 4 if this is the kind of support we can expect.

Guess I'll give it another few days but if no response then I will have no choice but to give a bad review on Playstore.
