You have an archetype - your base character (that is fixed permanently), and then you can choose whatever clothes from your archetype that you want, or whatever clothes you want from other archetypes. The archetypes themselves are named (and the clothes that they wear are named after them)

Let Papa Gimp do the explaining:
1:The Anger is the name of the archetype(outfit)
2.There is no info about naming your character.

Hope this was clear for you.

You don't choose a name. You choose a base archetype that just happens to be named.

I don't believe this is quite right. Now of course I could be wrong, but I believe the archetypes are just the names of the outfits and you can mix and match the pieces from all the outfits. So the archetype doesn't really have any meaning past what it looks like and doesn't have any permanent or substantial effect on your character other than appearance as any clothing does.

Right. Characters you make are just from a selection of faces. Than the clothes are archetypes. Archetypes have nothing to do with how the character as a person looks.

When you first create a character, you have to pick a racial archetype and voice, and those are permanent. Only a few clothing customization pieces are available at the start, and more unlock each time you level up. As soon as something is unlocked, it's unlocked for any character created with that profile.

Just last month from a game designer. Apparently I had some of it right but not everything.
