NOTE: To prevent the RP from dying I am going to be making some better rules, also I want a co-GM for the RP. This will make it easier to manage and if I am ever away the co-GM can take over my character insuring that the RP won't die.


The Assassination of Mr. Black


When the Courier Tyler Black took over New Vegas with help from Yes Man he used the Securitron Army to attack the NCR. During this war every NCR city was obliterated, citizens were forced to flee into the Mojave, when the war ended few NCR soldiers were alive, most moved to the Mojave but a small group banded together and formed the New Californian Mercenaries. Now that NCR was gone Mr. Black gave Caesars Legion a warning, Caesars Legion left the Mojave peacefully. Since there were no more threats to the Mojave it began to thrive, Freeside slowly rebuilt and began to annex the surrounding communities excluding the Strip. By 2295 the city of New Vegas had two districts, Freeside and the Strip.

Because Freeside was so large and populated it quickly filled with crime, it was so bad that Mr. Black was forced to remove everyone from the area in front of the only entrance to the Strip, this area was then filled with Securitrons. For the next few years Mr. Black ignored the crime in Freeside but continued to take money from them, this caused a lot of controversy all over the Mojave and led to the Freeside riots. The Freeside Riots lasted for two months, three hundred were dead and over six hundred were injured. After the Freeside riots Mr. Black made the Freeside Security Force, or the FSF. The FSF contained 20 Securitrons and several humans, the FSF only guarded the three rich neighborhoods in Freeside leaving the rest unguarded. A week after the FSF was formed Mr. Black created the Shadows, an elite secret Police group. The Shadows were sent into Freeside to investigate the crime and they found out that several large gangs controlled different neighborhoods and often fought each other. Knowing that they would be unable to just kill the groups they started to monitor the groups and began to form a plan.

The year is now 2305 and Mr. Black is still the King of Vegas, Freeside is still infested with crime and almost all of Vegas is against Mr. Black, but anyone who openly opposes him is killed on the spot. New Vegas needs a change and the secret organization called the Elders seem to be the only ones who are taking matters into there own hands. The Elders have called upon several people who they consider the perfect assassins. You are one of these assassins and you will kill Mr. Black.



Rules
1. Be realistic.
2. Absolutely no controlling other peoples characters.
3. No killing other characters.
4. You are only allowed to create one character.
5. Your character does not have to be an assassin, you can be a mercenary, trader etc.
6. No over powered characters.
7. Post three times a week minimum, if you are going to be away inform one of the GMs.
8. The GMs words are law.
9. Have fun and such.

PERSONALITY:He has a strict military attitude, but, has a very unprofessional side.
BIO:He was born in Goodsprings in November of 2075. When the NCR almost took over Goodsprings, he defended his town valiantly, killing off hordes of the troopers. When the Freeside riots started, he went to Freeside to help the riots. He took shots at Pro-Black (no racism) counter protesters. He went back to Goodsprings, in 2305, he was found out by "The Elders" and was recruited into their orgainization.

I shall co-GM. But I think there should be three admins to evenly distribute power and plan for something more properly before presenting it to the players.

NAME: John "Desert Fox" Sakin

APPEARANCE: 6 Feet even with a very athletic build. Dark brown, almost blank black eyes with very short buzz cut hair. A little tanned and has a very suave and "likable" look to him.

PERSONALITY: John is a little friendly, highly charismatic, intelligent, and a natural born leader. But no matter how friendly he is to his comrades before or after a mission, he's very harsh and offers no mercy to his enemies. However, John is very protective of his squad or comrades and never puts them in harms way if another means of completing the mission, no matter how hard, is possible.

BIO: John was born to an NCR Ranger and an NCR Field Medic in California. Because of this, he was obviously trained from childhood how to shoot a gun but neither parents expected him to join the NCR Military considering he had an older brother who always beat him at everything and a younger sister who wanted to be an NCR Field Medic like her mother.

But John was picked at random for an NCR "experimental training program" at 16 where he was trained to the fullest extent of the human body and mind, using both Pre-War U.S and Legion style training. By the end of the two year training program. John and four others survived the training as the best assassins of California. At the time, the NCR was pushed out of the Mojave.

John fled the NCR at 23, taking his 14 year old sister, Terra and 22 year old friend, Kirren, with him. He was branded a traitor and even made it in the Top 10 Bounties of NCR. But no bounty was ever taken as soon, John found himself working for Mr. Black himself. That only lasted a year as Mr. Black killed Kirren and nearly killed Terra.

Using his training back in California, John undertook over 100 bounties over the course of 5 years while teaching Terra his trade, soon, when John became 30, he let Terra go to pursue her own bounty hunting business while John was recruited by the Elders.

NAME: Lupus Deserti aka Markus Graham
AGE: 33
RACE: Caucasian

His eyes are also brown. There is a scar on his right cheek, he got this scar when he was in a fight with some Jackals.

WEAPONS: Mark has a http://shop.therochesterarmoury.co.uk/images/rad%20dagger.jpg that he acquired from a safe in some ruins, the dagger was unlike most weapons you would see in the Mojave so Mark kept it. He also has two N99 10mm Pistols with some silencers.

PERSONALITY: Mark is a very serious man, he has little patience and will not tolerate people screwing around on missions. He seems very mean but if you follow his rules you will be fine.
BIO: Markus was born five years before the first battle for Hoover Dam, his father was Joshua Graham, though this was kept secret, no one but Joshua Graham and Caesar knew. When the first battle for Hoover Dam ended Joshua Graham was set on fire and thrown to the bottom of Hoover Dam. Caesar decided not to tell Mark that Graham was his father. When the second battle for Hoover Dam ended Mr. Black destroyed the NCR out of pure hatred, though he respected the Legion and told them to leave the Mojave or else, the Legion obliged and left. Caesar and Mark went back to Flagstaff and Mark continued training, when he turned eighteen and became a Legionary Caesar made him into a Frumentarii and sent him to the Mojave. When Mark made it to the Mojave he met a mercenary group that was lead by some scientists. Mark stayed with this group for some time and they eventually made him a custom suit of armor. But a few months after the group was destroyed by the Brotherhood of Steel, Mark survived and became a freelance assassin. He still sends scout reports to the Legion however. Now he has been hired by the Elders and is on a mission to kill Black, but he is doing it so the Legion can conquer the Mojave.

PERSONALITY: Standoffish usually quiet and keeps to himself and goes by his own business. Usually is nice to ghouls though.

BIO: Born in Capital wasteland as a slave with his father until they broke out

Quite so. This idea was inspired by the Contract and Rags to Riches, it just drops the Casino thing and adds the assassination plot from the Contract.

Yah I was very dissapointed when Rags went under.

Me to . I consider it to be my fault, I got caught up in a bunch of stuff and was unable to post for so long it led to people losing interest. But the Contract was an RP I had a while back that was closed down due to a certain member who caused some people to leave and did unrealistic things despite many warnings.

Appearance: Jade has black hair that runs down to her shoulder blades. She has Green eyes which are slightly larger than normal, some would say they are one of her best feature’s. Jade is slender with recognizable feminine feature’s. She would be considered pretty by most.

Height: 5ft 9”

Apperal: Jade wears modified leather armour to allow for flexibility, it does not cover her middle section (Stomach and lower back). She also has a necklace with a "J" pendant on it there is also a ring on the same chain.

Weapons: A Sig Sauer P226 (A 13 round magazine 9mm pistol) with a "Jade" engraved on the slide, Combat knife in her right boot with "It will all be alright in the end" engraved on the blade. She also has a Marksman carbine with "Jade" engraved on the stock

Personality: Jade is a n incredibly nice person, However she has a very mean streak if you get on the bad side of her. She is always game for a laugh and a joke. A fairly outgoing person, willing to try most things once.

Bio: Jade was born in california. Her parents where both in the NCR and so naturally she followed in there footsteps. When she was 21 she had become a full ranger, and operated under the radar sabotaging and assassinating Legion personell.She fought in the second battle of hoover dam, despite the NCR loosing she made it out alive. She then started out being hired for private work. Now, she had been contacted to aid in the assassination of one Mr. Black. The Courier who deafeted them at the dam. well this one is personal.
