"Tyler Ryan Black was born in a town north of New Vegas. His age is unknown but judging from his appearance and what he is capable of he is anywhere between forty five and fifty five. He lived in Primm for several years before becoming a Courier in the year 2280. In 2281 he was supposed to deliver a chip to Mr. House, unfortunately for him the leader of the Chairmen Benny ambushed him and shot him in the head twice. Strangely he survived and was determined to find Benny and deliver the chip to House, that was until he meet a robot that is known as Yes Man. After that he worked with Caesar Legion for quite a while, but only to keep them from not being enemies. When the second battle for Hoover Dam rolled around Caesars Legion took over the dam and then the NCR was pushed out of the area, House died, and Mr. Black magically became ruler of the Strip. How he did it is unknown but he did. After that he destroyed the NCR in a few months then told the Legion to leave the area. I guess he had some respect for them. After that he started to use him money to make his life better. Ever since then his life has been fun and games. He gets others to do his dirty work but he sill rules everything."

he says "i can be a big enough distraction for all of you ill get a few things then come back i have a few things that will allow me to pull their fire by being a priority target. I've dealt with those situations before if we are lucky only some of us will die if not well it was fun"

Jade listned to the men talk, freeside was a dump. It had gotton much worse. Varying idea's where thrown around. Mark made a suggestion about working with various criminal organizations, then one of the others mentioned something about climbing 30 stories

"I can climb the outside of that thing" Jade clicked her finger's and looked in the direction of the 38

"Yea, i can climb the outside of that, take me and hour or so but i can do it. I may have misinterperated what you said, you probably meant climb 30 stories inside, but i can do the outside. If i got overthe wall behind the 38 i could climb up the back no securitrons would see me." Jade then remembered about about what Mark said about the gangs

"I'll go with the majority on the vote of who to work with, but just remember if we go around killing and blowing things up there is a high chance Black will not leave the 38. He will sense a plot on his life and not leave, he's smart"

"Whichever the decision is, the fact still remains that a distraction is needed and more than just you needs to be in that building i cant expect you to fight that fight alone. Like i said before i can gear up and be a distraction for you and the others to infiltrate."

"Like I said before there is no point in discussing how we are going to kill Black. We just started this mission. Were going to have to do alot of stuff before we are even close to getting to Black. When the time comes we will start planning but that time is not know. For now we work with those Renegades. If we join them Black will just think that the Renegades are finally going full force. They are already at war with the FSF and Shadows so if we kill them in there uniform Black will think of us as some Renegades. He may be smart but hes no Genius."
