Okay, this isn't really what I thought I'd be doing a while ago... But either way, it's what I'm doing now, first up, the rules:

Rules

1. I am your master, what I say, goes! :P

2. No god modding, I will kick you if you do it more than once.

3. Ubering is kind of allowed with weaponry due to certain enemies... But don't go overboard!

4. Don't carry more than 1 heavy, 1 medium and 1 light weapon.

5. Most importantly: HAVE FUN!

Prologue:

The Super Mutants of D.C were certainly not the most advanced beings created by the Americans, oh no, it was certainly not the Super Mutants... It was the 99. These creatures were the eptimome of creativity by the Americans, the future army that would end the Chinese, right as they finished creating the Original 99, they moved onto creating the Behemoth, named 100. He would bring in everything learnt from all the other numbers to become the ultimate being.

To flesh out the 99: They were created through uses of biogenic enchancers that changed them into things of insurpassable power, things that were so powerful it was beyond amazing... The only thing each of them had in common with each other was their number, printed in bold letters on the back of their neck. Each number was different, each being was not the same as the last, even though they had similar things in common, they were never completely the same.

They didn't have names, just their number, well, Number 99 was sent out on a scouting mission and hasn't returned, now the other 98 are following after him... While 100 trails along, the thing that has no mind, but strength beyond anything imaginable. After trekking for years across America, it is now 2278, the year after the Enclave fiasco in the Wastes... Everything is good... Except for the fact that Number 99 just entered the scene, how will it all unfold?

Each Number is more powerful than the last, with 99 being the weakest, except for the massive 100, who is more powerful than them all, with Number 1 coming right behind him. These beings are beyond anything that the Wastes have ever seen, who will stand, and who will fall?

Personality: Manipulative but soft, will tear you to shreds if you aren't one of his brothers or sisters, but is generally forgiving. May bother to work out a compromise if he doesn't decide to kill you first...

Appearance: Completely unkown because of his armor. 8'2

Weapons: Experimental Rail-Gun technology, giant blade hidden in compartment on left arm.

Armor: Giant power armor, coloured yellow and red, capable of taking large amount of hits.

Bio: Number 1 is the ultimate before 100, he is the eptimome of perfection with very few mistakes, he doesn't accept the fact of failure, instead he will kill you if you stuff up. Although, very few get the chance to screw up, as he only has 98 beings under his command, he is the head of the 99 and will not accept you if you try to join them. He's lived for a very long time and his odds, will continue living for a much longer time.

Faction: The Lone Wanderer

Personality: Always nice, eptimome of survival.

Apperance: Unknown.

Weapons: A3-21's Plasma Rifle, Alien Blaster, Alien Disintegrator (Rifle), Chinese Assault Rifle.

Armor: Winterized T-51B Power Armor.

Bio: This is the Lone Wanderer, he's done everything imaginable, saved lives to taking them, he's done it.

Personality: Joshawa is a very social person, very nice and really calm, he tries to be friends with everyone he meets except for the people that are clearly up to no good
Appearance: Black buzz cut hair and a black soul patch
Weapons: .44 Magnum and a Sniper Rilfe and a Chinesse Assualt Rifle
Armor: Joshawa wears Talon Company armor with the talon logo scratched out
Bio: Joshawa's father was a Talon Company member and ever since Josh was born he had lived in fort Bannister. He grew up in the fort and learned how to survive in the wastes and in battles when he turned thirteen he was put on his first mission in the Talon Company with his father. While on this mission they were ambushed by a Super Mutant Overlord Josh's father died protecting Josh from the mutant. After this happened Joshawa turned into a hardened man who had no feelings what so ever and he was like that for the next twenty years. Josh served many missions for the Talon Company and killed lots of innocent people over the years he started to slowly become nicer and eventually quit the Talon Company so he could start over in his life and try to forgot his past. Josh was 40 when he left the Talon Company he moved to Megaton and bought a house there he has lived there ever since 2275 and has not once left since he got there.

Oh and by the way, the 99 are each strong in their own ways depending on where their number fits in:

1-9: General overall good. (I mean, as in, as good as all the others are overall)
10-19: Generally better in Melee combat and quite intelligent.
20-29: Generally better in Ranged combat and quite intelligent.
30-39: Very strong, use their hands and aren't really intelligent.
40-49: Only use their minds, quite weak but good at planning.
50-59: Very defensive, bad at attacking.
60-69: Only charismatic, bad at fighting.
70-79: Only good at ranged fighting, very weak.
80-89: Only good at melee fighting, very weak.
90-99: General brutes, have stupid minds and are weak in health and attacks.

100: The ultimate, has all the pros of all of the above BUT has very little intelligence, thus must be ordered around. If left to his own devices he'll go mad and kill people.

Personality: Extremely bigoted, anyone who's not an patriotic, human member of society will get treated like the underside of his boot (or worse). Very close to his men and all other 'true' Americans.
Apperance: 6'2". Dirty blonde buzz cut, clean shaven. Not overly muscular, gained his rank via careful planning, not run-and-gun tactics that other officers seem to enjoy.
Weapons: Custom laser submachine gun based on the MP9 10mm SMG, Wattz 1000 laser pistol
Armor: Reinforced Enclave Officer outfit
Bio: Born and raised in several Enclave outposts, living a re;atively uneventful life save for the raid led on a major Ghoul settlement that was west of D.C. It was wiped off of the map.

Yet another heads up...

To all people who aren't a member of the 99: You need to be STRONG, but not overly-strong, for instance, Josh, you need to be a bit stronger than that... A 32. Pistol and a Combat Knife is going to mean your death very quickly against any member of the 99. :shrug:

The two people who are also going to be members of the 99:

Everyone else will have to PM if they want to be a member of the 99, okay? I would prefer you be a human, Josh you CAN stay as you are, but you'll have to get better stuff through the RP...

As long as it's realistic, you can't have for instance... A javelin. But you can have things like M4 Carbine's and so forth... But give me a good reason. ;)

Personality: anolytical and fair to boot. Holds almost no sympathy and instead acts on what is seen as just and fair in his eyes. Level headed in many situations and is usually the first to try and offer a compromise instead of killing, albeit rarely. Solid believer in eye for an eye.

Apperance: Unknown due to the 99's armor. 7'10"

Weapons: Number 6 uses two small, wrist mounted blades that are only enough for extreme close quarters. Another wrist mounted device is a ballistic shell fired with enough kinetic energy to punch a hole through almost anything, and is also loaded with a corrosive liquid that eats through metals. Specially designed direct-energy pistol based off of Nikola Tesla blueprints that fires small, bright balls of plasma at high speeds and burst on impact.

Armor: Experimental power armor designed to take incredible amounts of joules and spread them over the entire area of the tight fitting armor. Steel base color with blue accent marks on the knees, shoulders, elbows, feet, briast and helmet. Called "Second Skin".

Bio: Number 6 gained his personality after witnessing the foolish brutality of the nineties. During his diagnostic testing in the Badlands, he was proven to be very tactical and had impeccable negotiation skills. Almost religiously studies the blueprints and work of Nikola Tesla, mirroring most of his activities and weapons off of his designs. Sympathy was almost removed from his vocabulary after completing testing.

I will start by saying that this is the first time for me but I have been interested in this for a while and done a lot of reading up on RPing. I have also been creating a character for a while now unitl something came along that appealed to me. So, here goes...

Name: Sara Carter

Age: 28(Appearance suggests 18)

Faction: Enclave

Personality: Power hungry,selfish, manipulative and evil under the surface. To those around her she is innocent and naive. She will use people she meets to her advantage and to further her own goals and those of the Enclave

Apperance: 5'4", red hair(little past shoulder length), green eyes. Quite attractive and innocent looking

Weapons: 20 throwing knives tipped with radscorpion poison. Plasma pistol.

Armor: Black leather armor(normal if not allowed to be black), black leather gloves and reading glasses.

Bio: A daughter of 2 enclave scientists, it was quickly discovered that Sara also had a knack for the scientific arts. During her childhood she excelled at most things she tried showing an aptitude for medicine and computers. She also harbored a darker side and would always act the innocent when questioned about items going missing and pets that would show up in various parts of the facility mutilated beyond recognition. She would use her small size to get into places others couldn't making it easy for her to get around without being seen. While studying medicine she discovered that she really liked to see the insides of people but keeping this a secret she longed to sink her scalpel into a lving subject. In her 18th year she discovered that her parents were trying to pass secrets to the enemies of the Enclave. Fearing for her future as a scientist she decided to turn her parents in as she could not understand how they could turn on the people who gave them so much. She was praised by the Enclave and given an opportunity to help out on military projects but what she wanted most was to become involved with interrogation of suspected insurgents. By the time she was 20 she was working as an interrogator for the Enclave. Using her innocent looks she could sometimes get people who were brought in to give up the secrets she wanted. Her favorite tactic for this was to be roughed up and thrown in a cell with a prisoner. Posing as a scared and frightened 18 year old girl she would get the prisoners to give up their secrets and then once she had extracted all the information she could , would begin to torture the helpless prisoner to death. She really liked to torture her victims. There screams rang like music in her ears and her knowledge of anatomy made it possible to prolong their sweet suffering. When they finally died, she would take an eyball as a trophy( she would sometimes take her trophy before they were dead). At 23 she began to become interested in weapons. She found most guns to be rather clunky and hard to control so using the machine shop in the facility she made herself 20 throwing knives and practiced with them on the people she tortured. At 25, she went with a small platoon into the wasteland to procure people for scientific experiments. This was when she discovered to survive outside of the facitlity she would need to practice with some kind of firearm. During a raid on a settlement the platoon encountered resistance and all but herself and the commander were killed. She was badly injured in a firefight and when she recovered began to train with a plasma pistol. Knowing that this would not be enough, she had a suit of black leather armor made for her making it easier to be stealthy. To this day she is loyal to the Enclave and continues to do the work she enjoys and plotting her rise within the Enclave ranks.

So there it is. Hope you like it as a lot of thought went into this. Just out of curiosity I noticed that skills were not included on the character sheet. As such I tried to incorporate them into the bio.

Accepted! Good work if that's your first one.

I didn't put Skills up, because through the RP you WILL END UP advancing your characters much more than this, you will get better weapons if you so wish and you will end up with better training... All people opposing the 99 will end up together, trust me, there is only one weakness to this group and that weakness is only known by myself and William III.

Good work, I hope you have fun in this RP. ;) Still looking for more spots to fit guyz.

This is my first fan fic i've done in awhile... So cuse me if i'm rusty

Name: Nick (Or Nicky as the girls call him.)
Age: 27
Faction: Ex-BoS
Personality: Nick is a quiet man until you get him talking then he "seems" like a carefree and happy man. He is serious when needed to be and it isn't hard to anger him.
Apperance: Has long shaggy brown hair, a short light beard, and BoS Holotags around his neck.
Weapons: Chinese Assualt Rifle, Alien Blaster, Railway Rifle, And Scoped .44 Magnum.
Armor: Plain black boots, faded blue and torn jeans, dirty white T-shirt, a long dark brown over coat, and BoS Holotags.
Bio: As a young boy Nick traveled a lot with his parents for they both were traveling Merchants, He met lots of people and had fun while doing so. While out in the middle of nowhere on their way to the next city, Nick and his parents were attacked by a Death Claw, Killing his parents but surprisingly ignoring him. Covered in blood and scared to close death Nick wandered the wasteland until some Brotherhood Soldiers found him. They took care of him and trained him and he met a young boy around his age named James. They grew together, trained together, did everything together and Nick felt as if James was his own brother. During one mission when Nick was only 19, Him and James were to investigate what happened at a Brotherhood camp. When they got there a Large group of Super Mutants awaited them. Nick and James fought off as much they could but there were too many and James got hit by several shots. Nick dragged him to safety while fighting off the Mutants. When he got somewhere safe James was coughing up blood and couldn't continue on and he told Nick "I will just be a burden to you and hold you back... I can't go on... Just do this last thing for me..." He would rather die by the hand of his best friend than die by a Super Mutant. James pulled off his Holotags and put them in Nick's hand and in the other hand he handed nick a gun. With tears in his eyes Nick pulled the trigger and killed him. He never returned to the Brotherhood and is considered KIA, Nick travels randomly from place to place hanging out in bars and pubs sitting in a corner smoking a cig and drink a glass of whiskey just thinking about his past, unable to let go.

Good one Demoneye... But I was wondering, with the Alien Blaster... It looks okay, but give me a reason why you have it? I needed at least two people with one uber weapon... But give me a reason, please, otherwise I'll have to ask you to change it? Like, did your guy just find it while wandering? In which case the LW got his from the Enclave...

Mmk. Well i wanted him to have at least one uber weapon so i don't get owned right away. He got the Alien blaster from the Brotherhood by means of stealing. Right before he went on his "final mission" he decided to take it from the Brotherhood's armory just in case he would run into super mutants ( which he did and was too stupid to use it for when he needed it ) and he basically blames himself for not using it when he should of and he keeps it to remind him of his foolishness. He only uses it if he absolutely has to for the very few amount of ammo he has for it anyway.

Faction: Mercenary.

Personality: Cain is outgoing and wild, and always ready for a fight.

Appearance: Cain has longer hair than a "normal" ghoul does, and the sides of his mouth a open showing his muscles, greenish-white ghoul skin.

Weapons: Sniper Rifle, Chinese Assault Rifle, Gatling Laser. (if that's too much just tell me)

Armor: Blood stained Combat Armor, with "Cain Rules" carved on the front.

Bio: Cain was born 20 years before the great war, in Point Lookout.
He worked at a local gun shop, tinkering and seeing what made them work, and how much better they could be.
They day the bombs struck was his birthday. Cain thought it would work if he hid out in the swamp while the rest of the town fled or died in the riots.
As the rads started to pour in from the Capital Wasteland, His skin started to turn on him, and the green tint is a product of the swamp area.
Cain was one of the only 8 survivors of the riots, and one of the seven ghouls that had been "made".
So, with his parents dead, friends dead, and town "dead", Cain decided to pack up some guns and head out.
He has been traveling for 200 years, without rest, selling for money, repairing for money, and killing for money.
He eventually ended up here, in the Capital Wasteland. To his dismay, most people didn't like ghouls.
But, Cain would knock the lights out of anyone who would call him a zombie, so he got to live wherever he wanted.

Personality: Strong willed, easy to work with and has a good handle on combat and hard situations. He is not very talkative, but he does follow and give orders well to those that need or take them. Friendly to his other 99s
Appearance: Tan skin, Shaved head, Strong face, Muscular build, several scars here and there, clean shaven
Weapons: Galil SAR, Glock 17 x2, Combat Knife x2, Frag Grenades x4,
Armor: Enclave Hellfire Armour but with the ability of less restricted movement, and the chest plate opening to reveal a dozen small smart missiles on each side, they are very effective against targets. Also, the eyes glow red, instilling fear and fright to Number 7s enemies. The suit also has a self destruct system incorporated in it, just incase.
Bio: Number 7 was created to become the ultimate fighting machine. He is highly capable in quick clearing of rooms and buildings. His heavy armour and light weapons make quick work of foes inside large buildings and small places. After training for many many years, Number 7 showed his highly capable ability to go in alone and clear out large places of enemies without getting nothing but a scratch on his heavily and high-tec armour. He showed what he could do, and that he could do it very well.

Accepted Max, how could you not be?

Important NOTE: There will no longer be any available spots to be a member of the 99's, there MAY be a space for one certain person... But odds on, it isn't you, sorry, you are allowed ONE uber weapon, but with limited ammo or a weakness of some kind with your character. I allow this because the 99's are VERY powerful.
