Since the Forum has calmed down a bit I thought I would ask this!

What are the best, Funniest and Worst time you have had on Brink!

Example:

Best time for me was me and some friends played against some clan that where, trash talkers (What joy they where) who thought they where pro but where not. Anyway they said they knew everything about the maps (Wrong) And me and my friends had a great time working together trapping the team doing really hilarious tactics to them.

Example: Their team is running down a path our team member cooks a grenade they get knocked down. We all slid towards jumped up and down up top of them then killed them.

The Best Time I have had was when the entire team was guarding the Man that we had to guide, we ran in wiped them out and with 0 seconds on the clock and we managed to get man onto the boat.

The worse time was when I played and my entire team was a bunch of lone wolfs who had no intention of being a team. All in all this game does not get better when you are with some friends and work together having some laughs along the way.

I have not played very much so I do not have much story’s to tell yet.

Best: When i tried to beat the three star challenges for the achievement. Tried the Tower defense once, died, killed them all, then died from a mine when i went to take the spot back. Second time i tried, won and got in the top 100.

Funniest: Time i beat all of my friends (Best Soldier, Most Kills) with nothing but a sea eagle. They were raging.

Worst: First time i played prison. Struggled to even turn in the code, got it with like 20 seconds left, and then could not get the guy past the double doors. We just got totally dominated no matter how we tried to approach it. I dont mind losing, but for my first time on the map, it just felt totally unbalanced, and it was frustrating as hell. Later found out that it was just a bad team.

I have not played alot online but the times i have were for the most part, with freinds.

Playing with freinds is WAYY more fun then with randomns, even if none of us have mics we still work together better.

Like when me and one friend were holding off the enemy on the resort map as security, we were on the last part defending the hack objective. We were using a MG nest to kill off all incoming hostiles, while i was firing with my MG and nade launcher. And not one enemy got past.

The worst part was when i lost connection in the middle of a game and could not connect back to psn. Still cant, but thats because my ps3 slim is so far away from my router thingy that its at like 40-60% signal strength. Once my main ps3 is fixed, all will be good

Best short moment: I'm light operative defending on the Resort map (online). The Resistance had already blew up the bridge and had their bot to the furthest point. They set up turrets on the bridge near the deployment area (you know, when they spawn turn left, that bridge) to stop us from pushing them back. I discovered are route so I could flank their right, and involves a jump to a mantle. Once, taking that route, I jumped, shot and downed an enemy while still in mid air, to a mantle and proceeded to hack their turret. Awesome manouver IMO.

The funniest was watching an AI run up a set of stairs stop at the top, aim down sight then jump over the banister and did so maybe 5 times, worst was any game i joined that lagged and the best i have yet to have.

Best moment was on the last level as resistance: I disguised myself, pretended to defend the nav computer (if that's what it is :shrug: ) then grabbed it and ran. I ran to the plane and it was heavily guarded. I waited for my team to arrive and then tried to get in quick while they were distracted - but I ran to the wrong side of the plane! There was an enemy standing on some boxes or something right next to the plane that started shooting at me, so I slid under the plane and hurried the objective.

Funniest moment was on the aquarium, resistance again. I was trying to take the command post by the elevator (health) and I got attacked by three enemies, one with a minigun. I started running toward the ramp (why wouldn't I just turn around?) but I didn't realize the battle had stalled on the ramp and I found my way to the wrong side of the fight! I slapped a sticky grenade on somebody and barely made it out - for the second time in about 15 seconds. No worst moment yet, crossing my fingers.

My funnist and best was today rocking an opertive got a cortex bomb killed 4 people and shot my self into the roof and stuck there for about 2 minuts just hanging

best moment: dominating a 4v1 (i was the one) while def, i never lost an objective
funniest: hacking a Gatling turret, taking it over, and shooting 3 guys in the back
worst: get shot many times to a painful death

Sadly, I don't have much fun with this game, none of my friends bought it. And there is no apparent voice chat with other players, so it's basically like playing an offline game that's shockingly lack-luster.

If I had a group of friends who were interested in Brink, I would enjoy it so much more, but as a solo experience it is highly disappointing.

Last night I had my best game, about 20 kills without being killed myself. Lots of weapons switching and knifing involved.
Playing Hanger as resistance and managed to singlehandedly keep the security trapped inside the hanger at the top entrance, big thanks to the engineer who gave me Kevlar and weapon boost.
Being a soldier comes in handy when you want to hold down a position for a while.
I continued to hold this area for most of the match thanks to my teams medics reviving me when my luck eventually ran out and some of the security started to actually think about what they were doing.
All to the complete soundtrack of absolute silence thanks to a soundbug on that level that leaves me only hearing the ambient background noise.
I ended up on that much of a kill frenzy that I even stabbed one of my own team mates to death, that will teach him for looking like a security.

Worst would have to be matches on Container City as security and you end up completely spawncamped and trapped at the start, but it does give you a nice challenge trying to get out using flashbangs and nades.

Funniest would be light on light corridor knife fights, running around in circles like idiots trying to slash each other for what seems like eternity.

funniest for me is for sure my turret moments placing it in a hall way and the pretending to run from enemys and luring them into my landmines and let them be finished off by the turret while i'm out luring new guys in

worst moments all involve dieing and dieing again trying to hack something XD sometimes it just takes a litte too long to hack XD

Well i have only played one day but best would be that i finally have a multiplayer FPS that focuses on teamwork instead of K/D ratio. I have always been more of a single player/co-op gamer but finally there's a competitive FPS that has what i enjoy about co-op and have basicly eliminated what i dont like about competitive FPS games. I like Battlefield too but it just doesn't award teamplay enough. Worst would be when i realised there's no subtitles in the game. I have a hearing problem and english is not my first language so it's really hard for me to understand the dialogue even with headphones on. It does not help that all the characters seem to speak in Jamaican accent.

I've had a few 0 second HE charges planted/defused, gotta love them. I've also had a few high wall jumps ending in sliding into someone which is pretty awesome. So no best moments but lots of funnies. Oh and the worst part, seeing only 10 missions total on the whole game! :thumbsdown:

Best- Getting the unlimited supplies glitch and boosting everyone on my team racking in about 12,000 XP
Funniest- Talking to a random player about everyday thing (weather wife and kids) while im healing him and mowing down teh enemy
Worst time- when i realized its impossible to do the chalenges if your a higher level and having to create a new one just to get the trophy even though all i needed was be more objective 2 and 3 stars on my level 18 character.

I can't really think of a worst or funniest, but the best is playing Security on Aquarium and having the hostage about 30 feet from the boat, incapped, with 30 seconds to go. Playing as a medic, I took out a few Resistance hippies guys covering him, died, revived myself, took out the guy who killed me, revived the hostage and got him onto the boat with 10 seconds to go :celebration: . The pure chaos of the first time I played Container City is also a close contender for best moment.

Best:
Ran out of ammunition on Aquarium. I was quiet far off, none of my team mates close as i had disguised and had tried to take over some turrets.
So i thought it would be best to suicide and catch up to my team. So i ran out of cover with an empty pistol and proceeded to knife kill 3 people, assisted on a 4th before finally falling.
Hilarious.

Funniest:
Container City i saw a heavy standing on a ledge, took him down with a slide. We both drop off the ledge, i get shot midair and die, use Cortex and take him and a guy who just stood there with me.

Worst:
10 Seconds on the clock, the Hack is almost finished. Two guys come in and i manage to take one out with my last shotgun bullet. I got 2 bullets in the pistol, get him quiet far down with it, he ALSO has no ammunition left. We both take a knife out and he gets me first.
My team had respawned and was on the way, had we had just 15 sec more we could have done it.

I have played a LOT of rounds since Brink is out. Rarely did i have such an amount of intense moments in any game in such a short timeframe. Escorts that stop 2 meters before the target area.
Hacks at 98% that get erased in a few secs by an Engineer with only seconds left on the clock, Lazarus mass revives that make a hopeless situation a winning moment, that perfectly coordinated last attack or that awesome defense. The intensity on Teamspeak when all hell breaks lose.

Short, i love the game.

Best: CCity, Getting into the container where the bioweapon is while Disguised, and waiting a few seconds. My team blew the shortcut open, then I picked up the bioweapon as most of the enemy team piled into that route - ran the long way around leaving caltrops behind me to stall/keep track of any pursuers. Ran into one enemy, and managed to gun him down before he fired a shot. Was about to reach the capture point, which had 2 teammates defending it, when one of them turned into an enemy Operative and started shooting me - the other guy took him out before I realised what was happening, and I managed to (barely) complete the delivery before the remaining enemies broke through the "shortcut" and opened fire on us in a last-ditch effort.

EDIT: should add the others too.

Funniest: headshot-incapping a Soldier as he's about to throw a Molotov, and having him drop it and knock down 5 other enemies.

Worst: 2 star be More Objective at level 8. I was level 9 by the time I finished it.

Best moment was beating the Tower 3 Star after failing many many times. And also moments with friends on many matches, too many to count.

Worst moment so far: Getting spawn trapped on Container City.

These are all pretty awsome.
