I'm a fan of my own mods (go figure,) but I actually only use one anymore. (Still working on T3T_MII though, just not as much. Kind of waiting for a good moment.)

My primary home is Megaton, and I have OCD. That was the result.

I'm also a big fan of the http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2761/http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3211/http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3388 Setup. I was thinking of adding http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8340 but I'm undecided at the moment.

Some cool mods if you use a lot of CALIBR Weapons;

This is almost impossible to answer without making a long list due to the many absolutely awesome mods out there created by an equally amount of totally awesome creative dedicated unselfish usually very helpful and did I mention awesome modders.

I'll list 5 though that all have a profound impact on my game...

FWE 5.xx - Nuff Said! You guys ROCK!
DarnUI - Why is he not hired by Beth by now? *shrug*
DCInteriors - Filling in the blanks...one shop at a time. Lets hope he never stops.
Dynamic Weather - The way weather should of been in vanilla. Got to love that fog!
NMCs New Texture Pack for FO3 - This one has to be seen to be believed!!!!!

If I could only have one mod, it would be DarnUI. With it I can even stand to play vanilla!

Best mods of 2010 . . . . aren't we suppose to wait until 2010 is, like over first? Maybe you mean 2009 :P

Regardless, some of my current favorites:

Xepha's Dynamic Weather
Realistic Interior Lighting
Street Lights + Wasteland Street Lights
Pipboy PDA

Phalanx is awesome, especially if he works all of the FOOK2 weapons into his weapon selection code. It seems almost unfair to include stuff like FOOK and FWE, but they are better than the sum or their parts.

Anyway, shameless self promotion time. There's a lot of time left in the year, so maybe mine will get polished enough to be considered:

FWE, WMK, EVE, MMM, DarnUI, Realistic Kill Reactions, Fellout, Destruction, CASM, and various texture (and mesh) packs.

Among other things... :)

Hm. Is there an option for hearing Dynamic Weather indoors? And, if so, how does the mod compare otherwise?

edit: Er, I suppose most (all?) of the ones I mentioned aren't actually "of 2010", and some maybe not "of 2009" for that matter. Oh well.

I wouldn't know when each one had its last update, but here are my favourites:

Fellout
Realistic Interior Lighting
DCInteriors
MMM
Arwen's Realism Tweaks
Savage Wasteland - Unfound Grub (reduces handplaced food)
DLC Refurbished
RiPnO - Real Injuries Patch
The new http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1086069-relz-companion-share-recruit/
Cube Experimental
Project Beauty

Realistic Kill Reactions too when it is tweaked to perfection. Especially if it would work with Arwen's Realism Tweaks.

DTOM's Rivet City home.

Anything else is just bonus.

We're still working on this, and it's getting there. It should work perfectly fine with Arwen's too, unless she's added a similar type of system in that I wasn't aware of. RKR doesn't modify any fallout3.esm records, it's all just new quests + scripts, so it should be compatible with pretty much everything.

Well Arwen's Realism Tweaks has some special sneak/stealth related scripts running which I imagine might interfere. But perhaps it's nothing, it's just that nobody has tested the two together so far.

Puce Moose's Mods
Arwen's Realism Tweaks
MMM (although the crashing gets a bit frustrating :) )
Savage Wasteland - all parts
XFO's ammo and med rarity
Ammo Toolkit - wonderful, wonderful mod
Wasteland Salvage Bags - WASP
Xepha's weather mod (forgetting name at the moment)
Cyber Implant Enhancements
DC Interiors
Greenworld (the clipping trees bug me but it makes the Wasteland feel much more mysterious and alive)
TAC 10mm SMG - my favorite weapon ever
Blackwolf Backpacks

I'm sure there are more but these are in my game as pretty much must haves at the moment.....

FOOK2
Fallout Re-Animated
More Where That Came From
Alternate Start-Roleplayers
DarN's UI
Pipboy Readius (more people like the PDA, but its too small and stretches everything too much imo)
Remove That Glove!
Enclave Commander
Fellout
Enhanced Weather
Both Street Light mods
DC Interiors Project.
Taking Out the Trash

If I had to pick only one of those, it'd be FOOK2.
