The best way to level up your Archery/Magic

For archery, go to Solitude, and somewhere in the castle the guards should be shooting arrows at targets. You can take all of the arrows (steel) off of the targets. Next, go to Bleakwind Basin, and lure the beasts into Whiterun. There you go:

I use the healing hands spell to level restoration. You can heal hostiles with it. With a calm spell, you can put NPCs out of combat too, so you can regen up faster. And I use a bound bow so no worries for arrows.

hah, that picture is pretty funny. sounds like a painfully slow way to get arrows though. I wonder if using iron arrows would level you faster because of more shots...

Alternatively you can take Faendal as a follower and take your money back after you paid for the training.
