Oh god,

i got vampire curse.

I need to meet fallion at black marsh, for break the curse!!

But where exactly the black marsh is???

Welcome to the forums!

Black Marsh/Argonia is the province/nation of the Argonians, in the south-eastern corner of Tamriel. You can't get there in Skyrim.

You need to go to Morthal, which is in the marshy Hold between Whiterun, Markarth, Solitude, and Dawnstar. It'll appear as a big swirly logo on your map. It's essentially half-way between central Skyrim and the north-western corner.

i've been trying to search repeatedly at morthal , but still can't find out

can you tell me more (screenshot maybe). or

is there's the other way to cure the curse.. I Hope

Falion runs a shop in Morthal.

Occasionally he can be found moving about town as well.

Bring a filled black soul gem with you if you seek a cure.

The thing left are, meet falion at black marsh at dawn..

and yet, still i can't find the area falion will start the ritual..

falion will be waiting for you in the marshes just oustide of Morthal at dawn...you don't have to travel to the Argonian homeland (Bring a filled black soul gem)

Just N by NW of MOrthal is a ring of standing stones surrounding a ciecular platform. That's the Summoning Circle you are looking for.
