The Blender Workshops are now up and running again at GHF!

Post » Sat Dec 10, 2011 3:21 am

Ever since Fligg updated GHF into to what we log in to today, we have been missing something....something that was started, but not quite finished yet and hope to never be finished....the Workshops!

Yes you read it right....GHF's workshops! Now since I have more time on my hands from working, I can now be able to teach every and anyone Blender who wants to learn it! I have start this before in a number of threads, but now you can watch me work right from your computer screen! Thanks to Xargoth, there is this neat little tool that I will be using to teach you Blender. The workshop meets in the chat room. When I post the link to it, click on it and enter the chat feature on there and be sure to introduce your self or at least give your username so that we can keep up with the who is who. :D

I will be hosting these workshops whenever I am off of work. Now my work schedule varies, but I keep you informed via this thread.

Today I will be hosting a workshop! It will be going on all day today, hope to see ya there! :)

Here are two links to help with further tinkering and studying Blender:

Nice idea those workshops. Why not uploading the series to youtube, so everyone can easily access the videos any time and need not download and store those large size files on their HD?

As of right now I don't have alot of HD space to be downloading every browser that is out there. So when I get them up on youtube, for those of you who do not have the extra space, can view them. But for now, it is going to have to be this way.

So if you want to learn it really badly, it shouldn't be too much trouble to download ONE video at a time, to follow along with me in the workshop. With that said, I'm off and Happy Blendering! :) *waves at ppl with a smile*
