I've tried twice today to make contact with the BOS scout in the Nelson/Camp Forelorn Hope area to get a report from him. First attempt, I went to Camp via fast travel and got the lock-up at the loading screen.
Second attempt, went to Nelson via fast travel, actually talked to the scout and got the info. There was a NCR vs. CL skirmish going on down below where the scout was, so I sat and waited for it to finish so I could score some loot. :hubbahubba:

It ended, I went down to discover an NCR Trooper's corpse shaking with the sound of a fully-auto going berserk. went to loot him, and got lagged...badly. I exited the inventory screen, approached the next dead NCR (he was just dead with no bug-outs), went to loot him and got the freeze.


Has anyone else run across this yet?

Any help?
