For me its because they're the only faction which has the possibility to closely resemble the Enclave (if they're under Barnaky).

Plus they're in the midwest, my real-life home region.

I have to say that the bos are a bit of both, some of the things they do aren't helpful to anyone but their selves, on the other hand within the bos are members who want to help the remain members of mankind as much as they can

Enclave are painted as evil completely in Fallout 3, in fallout 2 you can actually come to see they were having the right intentions.

You are unbelievably biased against Legion in everyway, just because they function differently in society doesn't make them evil and if you go by this logic everyplace in the middle east is evil because we can be harsh.

As for the middle east we ll quickly get into religion, which is not up for debate on these forms.

In Fallout 2 the Enclave wanted to restore the world back to it's original state which was free from mutants, post-apocolyptic wars, and rebuild society.
Caesar's Legion wanted to pacify the world and bring civilization back under one banner but they enforce laws severely.

Hitler has no place in this conversation and wanted to kill the Jews for whatever ridiculous reason. The Enclave have actual practical reasons, whether you believe them or not; because the mainland populatoin are genetically different, because the Enclave have no way of enforcing any kind of order onto the post-war world because of their small size, because the mainlanders outnumber then by a factor of thousands, because the mainland organisations, like the NCR, wouldn't accept them and would kill them for their advanced tech like they did in-fact some years after the Oil Rig was destroyed.

Well last I checked CL isn t anything like RL Romans were equal opportunity slavers#1 #2 Though they weren t going to get a women as their leader, but women lived normal lives they were not looked at as animals like cl # 3 RL had shields #4 swords#5 archers with flaming arrows#6 closed ranks to form a solid protective barricade (they could have had them do this with 4 guys in game) cl does very little like rl. They needed to check thier history and battle tactics and equip, before saying Ceaser read books about them. They needed to read a little about the Romans.

First off, Caesar's Legion is not the Roman Empire, they are based off of them.
Secondly, there is nothing pointing to that statement unless we see a Legion City firsthand.
Thirdly, who gives a [censored] if they had shields? That has absoloutly nothing to do with this so I'm going to ignore this and 5.
Fourthly, Caesar's Legion is stated to have superior tactics, so is NCR but do you see either of them using any? No, because the Game Engine limits that.

Deaths of innocents can be justified, sacrafices are a necessity for change and history proves that.

25dt shields would have made them harder and more like rl. No comment #5 = you know it svcks to get lit of fire cause u can t see any thing and they could have tried to move in closer making them harder.

I haven t fought NCR alot with my cl guy,but when positioned like at the 188 store. Two stay on the bridge and shoot while two try to advance. The cover fire and advance strat. l starting shooting the 2 that ran down. They ran back up the hill started fireing from cover of bridge rail. Used cover just like fo3 Enclave. Simple strats, but much more impressive than cl pulling a machette and pacing around while I kill them all.

Go to the topic you made if you want to [censored] about the Legion being poor combatants in your eye's.

Also, if you can record a video of this I would gladly believe you because never in my fifteen playthroughs have I seen covering fire being used, and positional tactics or strategies, or anything of the sort.

More like "rl"? You know any shields the Legion would use would be easily penetrated by bullets right? A shield only encumbers the soldiers more and prevents quick movements which could save them from getting hit.
