So, I just got this mission from the Railroad, called Weathervane: The Boston Bugle. I have no idea on how to get into this building, or how to get on top of it. I know the objective is on top, because I Parkoured around and my objective marker popped up where I needed to set up the MILA up there. I've spent a long time running around trying to figure this out, and i'm completely stomped. Thanks in advance!

I too am stuck on this and have been for 2 days. I even brought up my hacking skill to hack expert because I thought in my crazy ways that inside there may have been stairs to the roof.....I was wrong it was a vault and nothing else.
