I was starting to really have some fun in this game ..But now 99% Of the players are all using one shot kill bow ..No matter which part of the body you hit you get a kill so not much skills are need to AIM really ..

I was shot in the toe in the killcam and i was killed ..That's kinder lame in my book ..

Oh well ill leave the game come back when its fixed ..if this is all CRYTEK have to offer the gamer then I hope they don't make any more CRYSIS games .


I can be pretty sure that the people that do use the bow 99% of the time will come here with reply's trying to make me look like the bad one ..

If your playing standard mode, use AA or toggle your Armor more often. If you play mainly CvR, brace yourself it only gets worse! If it's full drawn it is a OHK in CVR anywhere on the body, yes. Stay in cover more often, snipe them back, bunch of different ways to counter someone with a bow. Don't complain, if you like the game.....do something about it. I'm not here to make you look bad.

Another whining n00b with misfiring synapses. Hey, n00b, Gauss, Feline and especially Scar. Add the laser "sight" to these weapons + point fire enhance, Scar and Feline become God-Weapons at any range.

It's true the hitboxes (apparently) don't allow for location damage. It's also true you probably took damage from someone else first and the bow user just got lucky (this happens all the time). It's also true that Bow is the hardest weapon to use effectively in the game. It's also true that it's easier to garner kills with any other weapon, including shotguns, than it is with the bow. It's also true that most maps are more CQC friendly than bow friendly. It's also true that you would be useless if you took an arrow in your leg, hobbling you, making you an easy kill. Making such a shot a kill while you have no armor is a mercy. One you should be grateful for.

Let's see your vids of you owning with the bow for an entire map while you get pwned with any other weapon. Then, maybe, your argument will hold water. Until then, you're just whining because you stink out-loud.

It's funny how everyone cried for a bow buff, Crytek put it out and now people are saying it's OP.
