I had just saved over my backup because it had been a few hours, but while wandering around talking to people, Kessler randomly started shouting at me then started shooting at me. I've tried leaving and coming back, but it seems half the population is hostile towards me while the other half chats me up.

Is there any way to fix this? Perhaps a console command? I'd rather not annihilate a community if I can help it.
