If your playing Black Ops... throw it in the trash and get killzone 3. Its faster, deeper, more exciting more modes of play, better guns and jetpacks. The Campaign is also far better. Rent it at the very very least, but I recommend buying.

The only people who have directly opposed what you said were Gamgee and Suffca, I'm not sure if that qualifies as "lots" of haters or even if they are "haters." The concept of a Call of Duty killer is, presently, as silly as the concept of a "WoW killer," because unless Killzone 3, like MW2, has made more than a billion dollars and has at one point had over 25 million unique players, it's not a Call of Duty killer. Does that mean it's not better than Call of Duty: Enter Title Here? No, and I can't say if it is or not as I haven't played it, nor have I played the most recent COD title, Black Ops. But it takes a lot more than simply being a quality game to become a Call of Duty killer.

Nope, its not multiplatform so i dont think it will kill cod despite its popularity and i dont thank most people own all 3 consoles anyway. I thought killzone 1 was the coolest thing ever but not a cod killer as much as i dont like cod. As it is, i think timesplitters 2 is the best game to come out in recent history as far as shooters but its all about preference. Yes, TS2; can you name me another game where a T-rex sets a snowman on fire then gets sniped by monkey who gets shot up with a minigun by a guy with a fish tank for a head and then he gets blown up with mines by a gingerbread man???? that recipe in itself is pure epicness and its not a cod killer. :sadvaultboy:

Well no, you can look at my post in the Killzone 3 thread as to why I disagree. Killzone only has 3 game modes so I don't know what your looking at.

Even if it was multiplatform I couldn't see it catching on as well.I see Killzone as Halo's competator but it doesn't even come close.Killzonehas a good campagin but so do most Halo games.Killzone's online is meh but Halo has great MP.
