So the cannibal quest in Markarth...

Post » Sat Jun 29, 2013 8:41 pm

First of all, please don't spoil the quest for me or people involved with it. I want to do this the right way.

Situation is this: I know that there is a quest involving cannibals in Markarth, and it starts by getting along with Eola. Until now I have always just cut her in half every time I meet her but now I want things different because I hear there are a lot of other cannibals as well in Markarth.

What I want is to find a way to proceed the quest until I would expose all the cannibals in Markarth, and then butcher them all. Is it possible? Or is this one another quest that I can't fail no matter how hard I try.

I know the quest involves hunting down some dude and then eating him with Markarth's cannibal population. That's when I would intend to put them all to sword and ditch the quest there.

Just tell me if it's possible or not.

It's entirely possible.

Once you get the "dinner," take a third option.

Without giving away to much, you can find everyone. But you might fall further down the hole then you want.

Absolutely! i didn't take it to its conclusion because some things are better left not known. Especially if you are a carnivoire.

Okay, I mass up the meeting and then see who is who in Markarth. I hope I won't lose merchants, though I have no doubt that at least the "bloodiest beef" dude is one. But he's a clown and I won't feel bad killing him.

I also would want to take Eola to Boethiah's shrine since I really, really want Ebony Mail without having to sacrifice someone that doesn't deserve it, but I suppose I can find some other scumbag to butcher for my armor.

EDIT: Heh, I think I'll take Dengaine to the shrine. Two birds with one stone today.

GREAT idea to take Eola to Boethiah's shrine. I have never done that quest because I didn't want to sacrifice someone.

When I feel like doing the Oblivion Walker, in most cases I chose Eola.

*If you want an angle to complete the cannibal quest, but do not want to feel like your character is a "cannibal", then turn the PC into a vampire (and then cure the disease)... blame the disease for the corruption!
