Still. Borgia isn't exactly compassionate. You storm in and claim to be an enemy of Falls. You insult my men, and yell at me. All I would have to do is nod and have Carolina shoot you, then continue about my business.

I'm finding it hard to come up with a realistic way of replying.

I don't really understand the insult thing. There was a tall muscular guy named Grunt, Dominic found it ironic. As for Dominic being more intelligent then the rest of the men, that is not an insult, that is facts . The only reason he yelled at you is because you don't realize that he is speaking the truth and such.

Well just look at the people of the west coast compared to the east coast. The people in the west are far more intelligent then the Capital Wastelanders. And the Paradise Falls Slavers in Fallout 3 weren't to smart. He may be over exaggerating but there isn't anyone smarter then him there. Maybe on the same level but thats about it. I don't think any of the Paradise Falls Slavers were schooled, Dominic was.

Whatever. My problem is that there is no reason why Borgia would not kill you. He thinks Dominic is a delusional moron who's demanding power based on stories he tells. If you could edit you post and don't say you are going to become an enemy of Paradise Falls it'll make more sense that I let you live.

Well he asked to prove himself but you still said no :/. The thing is he doesn't want to advance through the ranks like he has done so many times before, he wants to start out powerful.

When did I say no? Borgia just wouldn't allow somebody to walk into Falls and start powerful.

Ah, well you denied it at the time. I understand what you are saying. So if you do let Dominic do something, a task that would usually require twenty men, then will you let him be powerful! Or close to the top.

Dominic stand at six feet tall, he has black hair, brown eyes, and is very tanned from the California sun. He has a very attractive appearance, perfect facial features, and virtually no battle wounds.

Bio:
Dominic was born in Arizona, he was trained to be a Legionary since he was able to walk. During training he was seen as a perfect Legionary and quickly meet Caesar at age seven, when he met Caesar he told him that one day he would be his right hand man, this motivated Dominic and pushed him into becoming the youngest Legionary ever at age eight. Dominic was responsible for conquering three tribes by him self, he quickly raised through the ranks in Caesars Legion becoming a praetorian at age 12. At age 18 Dominic was considered to be the greatest Legionary ever, until he deserted and fled to New Vegas.

When Dominic arrived in New Vegas he was hired by a Casino to be a guard, this job lasted one day, Dominic killed everyone in the Casino robbing them of all valuables, fled to California and purchased a home in the Hub. Dominic joined a mercenary group and quickly became the right hand man, he then turned on the group and killed everyone in it, he then did this to a slaver organization, a bounty hunter group, a raider group, and another mercenary group all in one year. He then joined the NCR and within two years was made into a Ranger. Dominic believe he found a home in the NCR until he found out how corrupt it was, he then started to miss the Legions twisted purity. Years passed and Dominic was sent to D.C. he now has plans to desert and bring the local slaver group to power.

Just to let you all know D.C. will be abandoned for the rest of the RP. All the battles will be taking place in the Wasteland. Except for one. But thats secret

Nice, can there be more than Vertibirds, because I know the US had more "choppers" than the vertibird, as it said that the Vertibird would be in producing by 2078, so they would have a chopper. Maybe a Huey?

Wait what? When were you captured by Enclave? The Enclave have not left Raven Rock or Big Town since October became President. And why did they all have there helmets off? Oh well. :shrug:
