The DC Chronicles Ep 4 :)

Post » Tue Dec 29, 2009 4:08 pm

Here it is guys! Been working my butt off on this for almost a month. I hope you all enjoy :)

In the DC Chronicles we follow the story of Andrew Grafton, a Vault Dweller out to find a water chip for his vault (Inspired by the original Fallout).

Throughout the series, Andrew will encounter different enemies, allies, and scenarios.

In Episode 4, Andrew Grafton finally makes it to Rivet City. But will he find the Water Chip he traveled so far for?

Special thanks to everyone who voice acted in this episode! I appreciate how much you guys are contributing to this series.

Also, credit to FoxtrotZulu from the Beth forums for scripting some of the scenes. And sesom for the "Romara Caravans" sign :goodjob:

Andrew Grafton is voiced by Darkinsigniosis, who will be voicing Andrew throughout the series. You can find his channel here; http://www.youtube.com/user/Darkinsigniosis

Wow! Absolutely wonderfully made. I really really liked it! The ending was really good in my opinion, and just wants me to watch the next one even more.

Anyway, thanks for sharing with us! :goodjob:

The hardware acceleration of the Flash player could be taxing your video card. There are a number of possibilities. A first thing to try is to pause the vid when it starts and let it
load. Wait til the pale red progress bar on the player gets near the end of the vid, and THEN play it. If it plays normally, then your connection is just too slow. If it still doesn't,
then your computer may not have the horsepower to stream HD vids. The only other solution is to visit www.keepvid.com and copy paste the video link there. It's a long download but the video should play smoothly on your video player.

I'm guessing with the G.E.C.K.

As for the video, awesome stuff as usual. The ending mise-en-scene was too pro. Just the arm and the caravan in the background.

I loved the intro and the ending scene, definitely the best one of the series. I wish I could add all of those extras in my game especially the expanded Rivet city market.

This whole series is very, very good. You have some real talent there my friend. I have seen lots of Machina but few have I enjoyed as much as I did these ones. I love your choice of music, and your camera angles are brilliant as well.

Keep up the good work and thank you for doing/sharing this with the rest of us.

Out of pure interest, how long do you think this will go on for (I'm hoping ages!), and do you actually have a solid plot thought out and planned, or is it mainly off the top of the head stuff? Either way is great seeing how good this is :P
