Well, I need to somehow flush out the worshipers of Slaanesh! They've been sneaky lately, and my quota of the skulls of Slaanesh cultists hasn't been met.

Come to think of it,wasn't there a temple city called Sotha Sil?Maybe Sotha Sil got so crazy he turned the whole city into the Clockwork city,or the clockwork city is in Sotha Sil.

On top of the giant Dwarven ruins and catacombs and sewers and old-city underneath the city? I think that's pushing believability into "Why isn't this city suffering from sinkholes?"
