Sorry for digging this dead post back up...

The commonwealth is the location where all the smartest minds have gathered to do research and what not. At least, thats what i was told by a scientist in Fallout 3.

I would love to be able to see the Commonwealth. If even half of what that guy told me was true, it would be a site to behold indeed.

Like the enclave, BoS, Followers, and NCR science department combined smart people. If the scientist I talked to in Fallout 3, was telling me at least half the truth.

Nice place to visit... for a very short time... but not something a Fallout junkie would be much interested in for a full-length game. Sounds way too tame and civilized. Hell, New Vegas is way too civilized, for my taste.

not really civilized... They have no morals, they hold science above everything else. They will go to very far lengths to secure they're projects.

Actually Glados is limited, oddly enough. She still has to test, and it obviously has to be doable. She does science for science sake, she's limited in the way the scientific method works. So yea.. she is limited to a very tiny degree. I imagine commonwealth people are bat[censored] crazy insane people who experiment day to day. Some of them with little true scientific rigor, but more brutal experiments and tons of lost lives.
