I told Arcade, Boone, and Veronica to relax in Novac for the night. They sat around a while, acting like they didn't know what to do with themselves.
Veronica, however, never one to be idle, soon proceeded to workout, which consisted of a lot of pushups. But the guys apparently felt they didn't need the exercise.

The ever hungry Boone then decided to turn on the stove make some dinner: he makes a mean molerat chili!

After dinner, Veronica got a little tipsy on & decided to entertain the guys with some dancing.
It didn't take long before Boone joined her. Arcade, however, remained aloof & above such foolishness.

Great shots of their off-time and I love what you've done with the room. Yep, Boone's a regular party guy, and Arcade needs to be introduced to Manny. And I like Veronica's outfit better than the green dress she puts on when relaxing.

After Boone's recent "illness" I took them all to the Strip and he had a great time watching the dancers in front of the Gomorrah before we headed back out again. I think they need more nights off.

Yeah....I finally got tired of putting them all in combat armor (or all reinforced leather armor, or whatever) and thus looking all the same....so I made some 12-17DT cloth armors from their base models so they can all wear something different. With no stat bonuses so as to avoid that inventory stacking bug...still need to do the hats tho. Should also thank Povuholo for the wonderful Companion Sandbox mod, which has led me to believe that you can never cram enough idle-markers into one room!

Yeah, I don't think Boone would have got very far with Veronica. Arcade had nothing to worry about, she's not even in the competition for the boys.

The OP is Epic Win. I love it. It'd be cool to see some more little 'scenarios' for you to cook up involving other companions.

Well, unless I reconfigure another room to have tons of idle markers+the related furniture, it's hard to find places in the game where there's a whole lot different for them to do but sit in chairs. So it's hard to be unique. Still, here's a 2nd attempt:


Told the gang to get dressed up for the evening, but first we had to pay a visit to Doc, since I wanted to thank him again for patching me up. It was a nice little visit.

When Trudy closed the bar (people in Goodsprings don't stay up too late) we headed over to Sloan, where we danced to the jukebox and annoyed the bartender. As usual, Veronica was the most active dancer (legs in the air).

Back in Novac, everyone got into their pj's and readied for bed. Veronica was the first to fall asleep, but apparently Boone wanted her "spot" because he bent down to move her. Raul was the last to hit the sack.

Unrelated: the requisite dressed up shot of Cass passed out in the bathroom, and showing how Raul has no eyelids and thus sleeps with his eyes open. He must be a hard sleeper, because shining the PipBoy light into his face didn't seem to wake up him up.
