my idea- you are out in the mohave desert for to long or just long enuff and you get
a sun burn- increases all damage and makes you slower
a sun tan- increases Charisma and barter

Since no drivable land vehicles present in game because impassable roads, I want my personal helicopter (a la Enclave flying vehicle), or (even better) flying transport vehicle a la in Crytek Crysis.
I have by the way Aliens Spaceship Zeta, so I think I deserve an air flying vehicle : )

I completly agree with the Life Alert idea, have a small buiilding where you see a skeleton trying to reach for a phone and an old camera in front.

Stuffed cats. Like, taxidermy style.
Emo haircuts.
Anime clothes.

Taxidermy YES!
Emo hair cuts and Anime clothing NO!
It needs to be just like the old game, but more.
More bandit camps/hideouts,
More secret, cool, funny and weird places
More levels (Not just up to 20, and eventually more than 30),
More random side missions,
More DLC, but not less in the main game,
And most importantly, just more map.

P.S Ooh and some sort of alliancey thing, like in Mercenaries, with relationships to different factions. And benefits if said relationships are good.
