Im sure u have heard this question alot of times but iv never got a straight answer about it. I cant get my console window up
would appriciate answer =)

Make sure the line benableconsole=0 is set to 1 in the .ini file.

Also, unplug any infrared remotes in your computer.

Failing that theres is a "ring of console" mod available on tesnexus.

Just to rule out the obvious, since we don't know the questions you've asked or the answers you've received:

You're on PC right?

Have you activated the console before?

If you haven't, when you press the tilde ( ~ ) key (or whatever you have below Esc), the screen should just freeze, and it won't look like anything's different -- there'll be a small cursor in the lower left corner though. There's no window in Oblivion, like there is in Morrowind.

Ye im on PC. Thing is I had this problem on my last computer aswell, And iv been looking for the bEnableconsole thingy but i cant find it. And about the (~) key i have been spamming it ;3
On my Laptop keyboard i have the (§) key under the Escape button dont know if that makes any difference. ^_^

Press that § key instead. That might be the issue.
