So i'm wondering by the end of the legion playthrough your honored with a coin but would would they ever consider you member even after the taking of hover dam (do they even let random people join ) ..? :shrug:

Amicus means comrade or friend in Latin and that's what most Legionaries call the Courier if he is Liked or Idolized by the Legion. That and the dialogue "We each serve the Legion in our own way" could mean that the Courier is considered as an honorary Legionary and an ally of the Legion.

I'm sure after what you accomplished at the dam, yes, but before-hand more like an ally. I don't think any of the main factions consider you a member until after the Dam. Before then all of them,(minus Yes Man) just use you to give them the edge or stop internal problems.
