In a world full of two headed cows, giant roaches, gigantic bloatflies and super mutants the courier's boobs are unrealistic? Maybe it's a mutation.

Yknow scientists have actually done multiple studies that suggest briast size is increasing with each new generation.

Given that the game takes place in 2281 and mutations are everywhere, I actually don't think they're all that unrealistic.

Though I gotta agree they are too perky, I like them saggy, especially for the older women, ruins the immersion to see they have the bodies of the young.

As for the "prosttute outfits with no bras" that has to do with the game engine. The player model is the same no matter what they are wearing. If the male courier wears tight leather his package isn't tighter or more packed in than if he was only wearing boxer shorts.
