The Crimson Way

See if you guys can figure out what this poem is about. I wrote it to get some negativity out of me. Here it is:

~~~~~~~~~~
The Crimson Way
On the coast I stand, buried in the sand; When one would pass, I'd say 'I walk the Crimson way"
I walk the Crimson way, the way of Dagon's stay. The way of Uriel's stain, the way of death and pain.
I walk the way of Uriel's stain, the way of Uriel slain. The way of torture and blood, the way of red death's flood.
I walk the way of red death's flood, the way of weapon's thud, The way of screams, of darkest dreams.
I walk the way of darkest dreams, the way of red sea's seem; The way of the red sea, of darkest plea.
I walk the way of darkest plea, the way of life's flee. The way of the red sight, the way of darkest might.
I walk the way of darkest might, the way of evil sight.
And now I am swept under, as my red robe sinks into Dagon's stay. And when those pass, my ghost will always say,
"Do you walk the Crimson way?"
Ah the dilemma of poetry. Tis beautiful. Admired. Ambiguous. "What does it mean?" In my experience, most people have an idea but we don't answer because (and, lo, this includes me now) we're afraid we might be wrong. :x
I like it though. Being too much of a coward to answer does not decrease my liking of it~
Hmm...I hardly ever understood poetry to well, but I would hazard a guess that the poem has something with anger. Or hatred though the only line that actually makes me think this ....
The way of screams, of darkest dreams
Makes me think of when someone is mad or upset with someone who they believe did them wrong that they imagine getting back at that person which would fit the darkest dream I think but not entirely sure.
Sadly that is my best guess.
I put an ES twist on it. The first few lines.
It's about the Mythic Dawn, particularity the being who killed Uriel Septim.
And now if I say "that was my guess" I would never be believed~ (ah well, that's what I get)
It was pretty obvious to me that it was about the Mythic Dawn. You can believe me if you want to or not, but if you read the lines closely, its pretty easy to figure out. Of course, I was raised on poetry and have always loved it, so I have a bit of an ability to read the lines and figure the meaning.
Very nice poem, Wooly. Its dark and brooding, and also kinda sad. It also has a violent element to it.
Nice. I'm getting an idea for an RP/fan fic from this... Hmm
EDIT: The one line that made it clear it was about the Mythic Dawn, "I walk the Crimson way, the way of Dagon's stay. The way of Uriel's stain, the way of death and pain."
Talking about Dagon (Mehrunes Dagon that is) and the slaying of Uriel Septim, as well as all the "death and blood" and whatnot. It took me a minute to piece together, but again, I knew it was the Mythic Dawn.
Thanks Jonas. Feel free to take some ideas from it. I'm going to write up a fanfic over the summer.
Also, it was pretty easy to figure out when it got down to it.
