Holy hell I've just seen the whole GI thing in high res. There's a dark assassin type guy frontal stealth finishing moving killing some sort of jailer character. It looks great. With the announcement of the Dark Brotherhood (and stealth dagger finishing moves i.e throat slitting) in the Power Unlimited it looks like stealth players are in for a treat.

Didn't the Dark Brotherhood originate in Skyrim? I thought I remember reading that somewhere. Hopefully the Nordic version will be better, and not the emo kids of Cyrodiil.

Even if it wasn't anywhere to be found online (quite easily in fact) it shouldn't be that hard to get your hands on an actual copy if you're desperate enough to pay for shipping.

Nah. The Dark Brotherhood split from the Morag Tong, which originated in Morrowind.

Yeah I said they originated in SKyrim, having also read that somewhere. Turns out I was wrong though, should've researched that better. Sorry about the mixup, I made a mistake.

I don't think that they were supposed to be Dark Brotherhood members. In the podcast, Todd just called them monks. I think it was more for atmosphere than anything. And besides, if they were DB that would suggest that the Dark Brotherhood would play a central role in the game, which is possible but doubtful.

I remember them saying that was the Dark brotherhood...also the black cloaks....and the fact that people loved the DB quests I doubt they will not be in the next game.

They have been confirmed to be in Skyrim. There's no reason to doubt anything, i even said this earlier on in the thread.

It was comfirmed in the Dutch version of "Gameinfomer" (Its a magazine that talks about games) that the DB is in Skyrim. I read this on the Dutch Skyrim speculation thread.

On second thought. Yea, the Dark Brotherhood is better of without the goth thing. Sure, Lucien and Arquen were cool(Cannibalims ftw!). I was going to say the vampires need to be goth, but that would just ruin them. Hell, just add some sick cult and some of us would be happy.
