One of our current masters of patches, Johannes, has yet again graced us with an astounding image from his upcoming mission.

(I have a feeling that my old rust-bucket wont be able to play this one though... )

To add to my original inquiry, how does the requirement of Doom 3 factor into your interest in this mod?

Is the approx $10 too high a barrier?

Does the "Hexen: Edge of Chaos" mod help ease the idea of purchasing Doom 3?

What about The Ruiner?

Would the upcoming "Arx: End of the Sun" mod push you over the edge?

Many are not aware of some of the quality Total Conversion mods for Doom 3 given the glut of: useless shader enhancement, weapon enhancement, and flashlight mods.

Have you seen the above Doom 3 mods before?

Melan's latest mission, "Fiasco at Fauchard Street", was created as a Speed-building exercise. He documented the creation process, diary style, over at The Dark Mod forums.

I have conducted a brief interview to discuss Melan's Thief and TDM design and building processes.

Enjoy:
