OCTOBER 11^th, 2267


Today the group is going out to do our biggest mission yet! Three days ago we were hired by some rich Wastelander, he offered as 10,000 Caps to just watch over a Drug Deal, he wants all of us to come so it must be pretty important. The guy who hired us said that he is buying from Carmine Orz, one of the biggest Drug Lords in the Wasteland, number three on the Regulators most wanted list. I just hope everything goes smooth, I am sure it will but you never know. We are heading out to Megaton soon to meet the guy, from there we will walk to the deal. This is going to be a good day for the Hawk's! But, this is log is over, I have to go get ready.

The Hawks are a small Mercenary Group that has just recently started in the Wastes, this is the group you are apart of. The leader of the group is Mordecai Jones, a very twisted individual. The Hawks don't have a name for themselves in the Wastes yet, but they are hoping that with this mission it will give them a bit of a reputation.

Name: Sly Barret, goes by Barret
Age: 29
Race: Caucasian

(Barret stands at 6 feet tall exact. His eyes are light blue and his hair is a light brown, he is slightly tanned which is normal for a Wastelander.)
Armor: Barret wears a Leather Armor suit with pieces of metal welded onto it, the armor isn't very protective but it is very light.
Weapons: AK47, Combat Knife, 10 MM Pistol.

Personality: Barret is a overall nice guy, he really only cares about keeping himself safe. He will help his fellow Hawks if they are in trouble but if it is to risky, well you know.
Bio: Barret was born and raised in a small town called "The Town". He was forced to leave when he turned fourteen because a group of Raiders assaulted the town and killed everyone who didn't get away, Barret knew that his parents were dead but he did not care, all that he cared about was the fact that he was alive. Barret made his way to Megaton and spent the next few years of his life working there as a bouncer at Moriarty's Saloon. While working as a bartender he meet Mordecai Smith, a man who was starting up a group of Mercenaries, Barret himself was not a Mercenary but he had some combat skills so he joined the group, ever since he has been a Hawk.

Appearance: 5’9, Short brown unkempt hair, Hazel eyes
Armor: Sven wears a few salvaged pieces of combat armor over a dirty white t-shirt, cargo pants, and army boots. Slung over his shoulder and across his chest is a bandoleer that has several pouches where he holds ammunition and other supplies. He also has tinted goggles and a face mask to wear to ward off dust and other environmental hazards.
Weapons: Sniper Rifle, 10mm Pistol, Combat Knife

Personality: Sven appears to be an easy going fellow, always willing to have a drink or play a game of cards. His snarky attitude has gotten him into trouble more than once though. But even worse is that he has a total disregard towards shooting people. He wouldn’t blink to lodge a bullet into someone’s brain given a reason whether it’d be a notorious raider or a defenseless wastelander. And right after that’s done, he’d enjoy a nuka-cola.

Bio: Sven came to the Capital Wasteland from the west. Since his arrival he has been kicked out of several mercenary groups, including Talon Company and Reilly’s Rangers. This is normally due to scuffles with his superiors or due to his relaxed trigger finger. In the Talon Company he punched a company officer in the face when he suspected him of cheating him of payment; shortly after a firefight broke out. In Reilly’s Rangers, a super mutant was using a wastelander captive as a human shield. Unfortunately that didn’t stop Sven from immediately opening fire with an assault rifle. Although later he pointed out that the wastelander was only shot six times and survived those wounds, Reilly did not approve.

With few other options, Sven accepted an offer to join a new mercenary group led by a man known as Mordecai Smith.

Name: Silas LaFontaine
Age: 42
Race: Caucasian/Hispanic

Appearance: Tall, standing 6'5" and in good shape. Eyes are brown, head shaved bald, cheeks and jaw are covered by stubble, and a long, jagged scar runs down the right side of his face. Right eye is milky white.
Armor: Wears a simple black patchy leather vest, red longsleeved undershirt, fingerless gloves, black trousers and combat boots, as well as a bandolier
Weapons: Lever-action shotgun, machete, .38 police special revolver.

Personality: A borderline alcoholic and a compulsive gambler, Silas is none the less proffesional and efficient. Typicaly gruff and stotic, he has a short temper and is prone to violence. He has no qualms about killing a man in cold blood.
Bio: An immigrant from the Mojave Wasteland, Silas grew up amoung mercenaries and other assorted scum in New Vegas. At the age of 23 he left New Vegas tyo persue a career as a freelance mercenary, fighting from coast to coast in numerous small wars. He has worked for slavers, raiders, settlers, and even the Brotherhood of Steel. He eventualy found his way to the Capital Wasteland, working as security for caravaners until he was found by Mordecai Smith, and subsiquently recruited into the Hawks.
