I need to hunt deers, many of them, because I need loads of antlers, both small and large! Can somebody give me an hint on where to find large numbers of them?

Large Concentrations of deer can be found along the North-running road just East of Whiterun, there should be three to six off in the direction of Shimmermist Cave, Another three when you reach the Northwatch Tower, Three more West of the Tower, and another Three to six West of Halted Stream Camp.
