He has overthrown the council and pronounced him self emperor. the imperial legion can do nothing against him, and the council has been imprisoned or killed.
If he is stopped in time Tamriel might be spared his evil, if not stopped he will purge his soul in eternal evil and become immortal.
He has already turned white-gold tower into a fortified hideout and all of the imperial city has been locked of to any one not in Romonths army.
Your Character can be apart of 2 main groups called Enforcers who work for Romonth, or, you could be in The Tamriel freedom fighters, who work against him.

Name: Olwen Onari
Age: 24
Race: Dark elf
Appearance: Young and slender, long white hair, usual red eyes.
Birth sign: The tower.
Faction: N/A (for right now).
Main skills: Blade, Block, Speech, Illusion, and Alchemy.

Bio: Olwen grew up In the northern parts of Morrowind, so his family knew many Nords.
Many don't like Nords because of stereotypes of Drunks and Barbarians, But Olwen knew these weren't true.
Romonth and his evil didn't spread to Morrowind yet, so Olwen did not know what he was in for when he moved to Cyrodiil.
Hope to see some others join!
