The Diablo thread

I'm so proud of myself. The night before the ladder reset I finally get all the high runes I needed and made my Last Wish phaseblade and Fort archon plate.

Is anybody starting up a new character tomorrow?

I am :D - just waiting for the servers to go back on line

I got my hdin to 31. Still svcks though because I run out of mana crazy fast. Hopefully I'll get some +mana equip in nightmare.

i cant kill that character in the graveyard. I think its the 2nd mission you get on Act 1. So many trolls and so many of those little red bastards and their shamans.

If you really need to, grind before the bossfight. What character are you?

I'm buying the battlechest tomorrow... never played Diablo before, but it looks like it's gonna be fun. :D

I don't really know anything about the game, so I'll probably just be playing single player for the first playthrough to see what the games like, I dunno. Would be sort of interested if anyone was up to do a playthrough from the beginning with a complete newbie, but I doubt people are up for that. :P

Sort of.

Bosses are obviously tougher, and the only other thing you really have to be careful of are lightning enchants and elites with speed enchants like the little voodoo dolls or the javelin cats in act 2.

Clearly I haven't played in awhile, javelin cats... :shakehead:

Agreed.

I've got to redownload the client, so it won't be until atleast tomorrow. I've only played HC a couple of times, although I've actually never died. Me and 8-bit used to play back in the day, but he kept dying when he had to go check on his kids. :P
