I picked up the quest 'The Disappearing Act' from Nick's Office. I obtained the key from Vadim Bobrov. I search Earl Sterling's House and found the Surgery Receipt. I spoke with Doctor Sun but failed the Charisma Checks. At this time I had a village get attacked so I had to go help defend them. I forgot about this quest for a bit and did others but then came back to this quest. I found online i could obtain the key to the Mega Surgery Center by pick-pocketing Doctor Sun so I did. I then went into the Mega Surgery Center but it is empty and Doctor Crocker isn't there. I am unable to complete this quest. Has anyone else ran into this issue and found a way to get this quest to complete?
