So, my new character below (the one in my signature) is Lv5 and is just about to embark on the Shivering Isles quests.

At the moment, I'm enjoying Passwall, and I was wondering -- last time I did the SI quest, I went through the door to Mania; everything was (from memory) Maniac in color/style.
But fifty feet to the right is the door to Dementia.

So, what happens if I go through that door? Does everything look Demented? Do the SI change cosmetically based on my choice? Does my choice really matter? :confused:

The only difference the choice makes is what power you receive when you go through the gate. The Frenzy or Demoralize. Mania does look different from Dementia, but you can get to either simply by walking. Mania is on the north side of the isles, and Dementia the south. That is all.

the only thing that changes is the blessing u get from entering either door. SI is split into halves , one side being mania , the other dementia. each half has its own plant life and look.... so either door u pick it all looks the same.
