Is the EA downloader required? How do I get rid of it?

I'm tired of looking at the EA Downloader log in screen every time I load into Windows. Is there a way to get rid of it? I have no plans on downloading anything from EA. Ever. I just want the screen from poping up.

Hey

just go to install directory, mine is like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crysis? 2 Limited Edition\bin32

try and find Crysis2.exe or simply Crysis if shown with no extensions.

right click over it and select create shortcut.

Next copy this newly created Crysis2 shortcut to your desktop area.

and youre done.

WHY THEY REMOVED AUTO AIM? I hate to left click and then right click to aim. Mouse becomes heavy.

Oddly enough the EADM is the key to changing the EADM's settings. Log in with your EA account and in the top right of the EADM window there should be a button with a cog symbol on it (near your primary EA account alias) - click the button, select settings and untick the box for starting EADM on Windows startup.
