I must have listened to this a hundred times! Its just so hauntingly beautiful. Wouldn't it just be awesome if Bethesda would feature this video on their blog, or better yet, on their official Facebook page? *HINTHINT*

They should recognize her for this for sure. I'd hire her for the next game. She probably would do it for free just to have here music featured in the game. She as to be a huge Skyrim fan to take the time to do this. That's why I posted this video because I couldn't let it go unheard. Can't stop listening to it.

I usually don't like the sound of female singers, they tend to irritate me. But this women, man... Heavenly, calm, soothing.. I don't think any word does her voice justice.

Amazing... been listening to this all night since I randomly stumbled upon the link in another thread here somewhere lol. I love the Gaelic, hauntingly beautiful style of her voice.

Can't access youtube at work, will have to wait till I get home.

The dragonborn song I hear in game has a very catchy melody but the lyrics are bad IMO.

Props also to Jeremy Soule who wrote the music. I don't think the potential had been fully realized (at least for me) until now. I absolutely love her melancholy take on it.

Not gonna lie, I'm so sick of this song after hearing it in the game way too often. Never really liked it to begin with. But besides that, she's got a lovely voice.

The latter half of the video (the main theme) was mind-blowing, though. :)

Sonically speaking, that was one of the best youtube cover songs I've ever heard. She's got a great voice, but whatever she's using to record it is AMAZING. I thought it was a bit heavy on the echo at first, but I think it adds to the "mysticism" of the song.

Very well done. She should have totally been a Skyrim bard. I would marry her in a second (shhhhh don't tell Ysolda). :foodndrink:

Yes! I don't get all the criticism of the reverb. It fits that song sooo well, gives it even more of a hauntingly beautiful/echo from the past quality. She has a lovely "down to earth" smile too. *Takes a wife's hand to the knee*
