The Drunken Dragon 4

He screamed a horrific battle cry that echoed around the inn and forced everyone around to put their hands to their ears. Firenze clapped both of his swords together creating a shockwave that blasted the door shut, and somehow locking it.
"You scum aren't goin anywhere, do as the lizard says and drop the Bard." He hissed, flourishing his swords threateningly.

Leona was suddenly dragged through the fire-or over. Her eyes had been closed she did could not tell.

As she realized she was down stairs she opened her eyes.

This inn is in chaos! And-wait, wheres my hood? It must have fallen when escaping the fire. But theres no time to pull it back up now! I just guess I should just hope no one notices..

Then she noticed Draker threatning to kill the bard-and it looked like he might do it to.

But before she could do anything Firenze charged.

She was forced to cover her ears as his battle cry echoed through the inn.

As she uncovered her ears she heard him threatening Draker if he did not let the bard go.

Hopefully he listens..or else. I will attack if I must.

Her claws glinted in the light.

"Firenze! Stop making me look unimpressive." Arnandre scolded jokingly, romoving a pair of hot pink earmuffs from the sides of his hood which he had quickly fitted to keep out the battle cry. Arnandre then looked at himself, and changed magically into what seemed to be royal regalia, with the same Emperor's Robes, Emperor's Shoes, Ring of Wizardry, Mundane Ring, and Spelldrinker Amulet as before, but his hood had been changed for a Diadem of Euphoria.

"Thought the hood was a bit chavvy" Arnandre admitted. "Besides, now the Arch-Mage has his own crown, and I can see better. Anyway, you Mythic Dawn scum, prepare to have the honor of being totally annhihalated by Arnandre Erelue, king of Frostcrag Spire!" He roared, equipping two Wrist Irons enchanted with Night-Eye and Detect Life onto his wrists, although they looked rather out of place next to his kingly robe and exotic crown.

Arnandre shouted above all the chaos, so everybody could hear: "FROSTBITE! SERVANTS! REPORT TO YOUR MASTER!"

An Ice Atronach and several Imps suddenly appeared. The Atronach slowly plodded towards Arnandre, then examined the battlefield with what appeared to be utter loathing and contempt.

"I suppose you want me to help in this mortal battle, my Lord?" The Atronach said in a bored voice.

"Yes, Frostbite. Imps, stand by and help clean this mess up when we're done." Arnandre replied.

The Atronach began to attack the agents with powerful icy beams and punches, whilst the Imps hid behind the bar. Arnandre began firing off all sorts of Elemental spells of his own - The battle was heating up now.

"NIce pointy hat, and you aren't going to out-do me with those midgets and that fancily named snowman are you?" Asked Firenze mockingly, holding out his own hands. He began to chant in what was most likey his home language. Then...
"Minions, arise..." He whispered, almost un-audibly. And suddenly, three giant stooping yeti-like creatures with pure blue, glowing eyes and bright white fur that seemed to emit a light of its own.
"ATTAAAAAAAACK!" He screamed, and the creatures sped to action joining the frost atronach, unsheathing their claws and baring their claws and roaring visciously. Firenze stood his ground and once again eyed up his surroundings, waiting patiently for what was to come...

Through the comotion, Marrow the Wood Elf sat unnoticed, quietly stringing his summoned bow with a summoned daedric arrow. "Fly true," he whispered. The arrow flew from the string and past Frienze and Arnandre. It planted itself in one of the robes of the one called Draker. It pinned his armour and clothes to the door, it swinging open and letting him fall. The knife slipped from the Bard's neck, giving her time to slip away. "Perfect! Always a good shot old friend!" he said to his bow. He de-summoned his bow and picked up his knife, inept in both skills. "Now tell me," he said "who thought that was a good shot!"

"Indeed it was." Said Kenjatsu, who looked back at the Wood Elf and grinned.

Sindathran stared at the arrow, furious.
He had but one option now.
"I'll see you in Paradise, brothers!"
Suddenly everyone's vision was obscured by a large flame. Sindathran was seen running up the stairs, and yet at the same time he appeared to be running around the room.
It was chaos.
When the flame cleared, the copies of Sindathran were still running around, though the spell was starting to fade.
And yet the breton and Draker had disappeared from sight.
Were they still there, or had they escaped? And was Sindathran one of the copies?

"Wow." Whispered the Akaviri, who was now standing bewilered infront of an empty doorway, his summoned beasts fading into mist.
"We have served you master..." They whiispered, inan Akaviran tongue.
"Well that was fun, how about another round of drinks then Arnandre?" He asked, almost cheerily. Murmuring issued around the crowd as Firenze looked around it, smiling, then something caused his smile to fade and his jaw to drop.
"Vampire..." He said, stepping backwards into the counter. "No..."

The elf jumped down the stairs and dashed to the door. There was Draker and company, running like mad down the road. He pulled he two throwing knives and slung them at their backs. They planted in to the flesh, the suddle poison rendering both unconiuos. "Will they ever stop running?!?!" The elf glared at the sleeping agents, furious his mission was so delayed. He picked them up by the neck and dragged them to the inn. " Now you tell me! I want to know why these two [censored] sons of the Devil were in this inn anyway? What was going on in here?!!?" The elf stared at the copies of a dark elf. His knife flashing, he quickly stabbed each one until all had dissolved. But Sindatharn was no where to be seen.

Kenjatsu watched as the copies of Sindatharn dissolved as Marrow stabbed them. Kenjatsu looked back down at the poisoned dagger in his hand. He placed the dagger down on a table near Arnandre so he could decide what to do with it..

Then he heard Firenze stepping backwards into the counter with fear writtin in his eyes. Kenjatsu looked back at Leona and saw that her hood was down. Kenjatsu quickly charged over at Firenze, drew his sword and held it to his throat. "Leave the Khajiit alone or i'll tear you to shreds.." Kenjatsu said with a venomous tone to his voice..

Leona's ear twitched slightly and she frowned as she heard Firenze.

Great. Just great.

She pulled her hood up, trying to hide her eyes from anyone else who looked.

Although it's probably to late now.

Then she heard Kenjatsu threatening Firenze if he did not leave her alone and her frown grew.

Does he not think I can take care of myself? I am not a child!

Marrow's hands were faster than their eyes. With a flick of the wrist, both Kenjatsu and Firenze were frozen in their places, his sword resting on the Akaviri's throat. "Gentlemen, gentlemen! Is this any way to act around your guest? Now I will unfreeze both of you if you tell me what is happening here. If you're at each others throats, well, lets see how close I can bring you to death without killing you."

Then all of a sudden a shadowey figure pops out of no where and starts chundering into 10 buckets, then hands them over to every character to eat. "Heres your dinner, enjoy sir" said the Shadow Figure, chuckling under his breathe. "We have dessert on the menu. There's the Faecalcake, served with a Yellow Juiced Slash Delight Drink. Highly recommended. "Pleased to have served you all. Good day" the shadowy figure slowly said, as he drifts back to his dimension.

"That...was odd. But I have no issue with this, Leona. I have just had a bad experiance with three vampires feeding on my rare blood before. Said Firenze throught gritted, frozen teeth. As he said that he indicated with his eyes to the top of his furry neck, there were eight faint tooth marks.
"Now I shant hurt her, I give you mmy word, and a lord sticks to that."

Arnandre, ignoring the squabblers, picked up the poisoned dagger.

"Intricate..." he said. "An immediate killer, even if it does not enter the bloodstream."

He turned back to Frostbite, who had been watching the two fighters with apparent bordem.

"Frostbite! Take this back to Frostcrag Spire for an anolysis, please. Imps, you may as well go too."

Both Ice Atronach and Imps disappeared in magical light.

Arnandre, as was becoming the norm, changed into some different clothes, but still similar - He still wore the Emperor's Robes, Emperor's Shoes, Wrist Irons, Mudane Ring, Ring of Wizardry, and the Spelldrinker Amulet that had been carved to look like the Amulet of Kings, but now he wore no hood, helmet, or anything else on his head. A strange, Daedric-looking staff made of gold was slung onto his back - The Skull of Corruption, and on his waist was still a Glass Dagger in it's sheath, as well as Arnandre's satchel.

Arnandre popped on an Order Priest Hood enchanted with Night-Eye and Detect Life, saw that the agents had escaped, placed it back into his satchel and then turned to the argument.

"By Azura, you three! Behave yourselves, my Imps just tidied the place up.."

Arnandre paused to take his bucket of food, looked into it, and threw it away.

"Besides, violence is not the answer at the moment. We need reform ourselves into cooperation if we are to fight those awful people."

"Aye. It is not the way. But I was just keeping these two from cutting each other up," Marrow snapped his fingers, and Kenjatsu and Firenze were freed. He took up his bucket, and scooped a mouthful in. "Haven't had this good food in a long time..." Then pointing at Arnandre. "You! What right have you here, Arch Mage?"

Kenjatsu looked at both Marrow and Arnandre with a frown. "I had to stop this Akaviri from saying.. Anything." Kenjatsu said, casting a mean look at Firenze. Kenjatsu then finally lowered his sword and whispered to Firenze. "If you know what's best, keep your mouth shut about Leona.."

"No worries. You can trust Firenze, he's a cat of his word."

Arnandre then turned to the Elf, and frowned deeply.

"You speak as though I am an individual Arch-Mage." Arnandre said. "That is not correct. What is an Arch-Mage? It is a person who is incredibly gifted in magic, so much so that they are just as powerful as any Lich. The Mages Guild is what says if people are of the Arch-Magi, or if they are not - People can still be classed as an Arch-Mage even if they are not part of the Guild - Some are even Necromancers. One Arch-Mage who is part of the Mages Guild rules it - At the moment, this is Hannibal Traven. The reason everybody thinks that he is the only Arch-Mage is because we arn't very open. We all live in barren places where nobody goes. Where was Hannibal Traven before he ruled the Guild? Nobody even knew he existed, because he lived on an island hundreds of miles south of Tamriel. Where do I live? In Frostcrag Spire, right next to Gnoll Mountain where few are ever near. Most of the time we arn't even there, usually out exploring some far away ruins or a Daedric Realm. We're so powerful we live and research alone, except for a few unearthly companions, such as Imps, Undead, or Daedra."

"I'm just a bit more of a friendly guy. Most Arch-Magi are grumpy because they're alone so much. I don't want to be like that, so I go out and make friends between adventures and research. But anyway, no, I am not the Arch-Mage leader of the Mages Guild, but I am a loose member of it. A Warlock, actually."

Arnandre grinned.

"Haha!" Laughed the Lord rubbing his slightly cut neck. "Always got the answer, after you life story however." Firenze sat down on a stool, next to the fire and warmed his hands.
"Did you have to freeze us Marrow? Couldn't you just paralyze us?" He said grinning, he always looked on the bright-side. He gestured to the barman,
"Another Cyrodiilic brandy please!"

"Well, reflex shot in. Can't help it sometimes, always on the look out for fun ya' know?" He turned to the barman. "Drinks all aound!" he shouted, slinging a pouch of coins at the man. He took his beer and sligged a long while. "Kenjatsu! Have you any idea who I am, or why I came here?"

Kenjatsu sat down on a stool and rubbed his fin-like ear. Then he heard Marrow ask him a question. Kenjatsu looked at Marrow and shook his head. "No, i do not im afraid.." Kenjatsu said. He wondered who Marrow was or why he was here. Was it because of his crimes? did the dunmer in Morrowind finally contact someone to bring their slave back? Was it because of his blue eyes, fins and scales? Or was it something compleately different?

Kenjatsu quickly looked back at the stairway and ran up the stairs nearly tripping on one of the steps. He quickly looked around and found the potion still in tact. He walked over, picked it up and went back downstairs..

He sat back down on the same stool and looked the bottle over. He then looked back at Marrow and rised an eyebrow. "What will happen if i drink this potion?" Kenjatsu said. He never knew Marrow and it made him feel uneasy drinking a potion made by someone else. Still, something inside told Kenjatsu that Marrow is trustworthy, but still he should stay alert..
