-----------------
Kenjatsu walks into the bar and takes a seat. Exept this time he isn't wearing leather armor, Instead he is wearing a unique set of armor with sharp spikes on the pauldorns and is of a dark gray color..

The Inn-Keeper walks over to Kenjatsu and asks "What would you like, Sir?"
The blue Argonian looked up at the Inn-Keeper and replied "A Bottle of Ale, please.. And meat, lots of meat.." Kenjatsu said with a toothy grin at the thought of the nice, juicy meat..

OOC: Yes, the armor is in the Avatar.. Dont hit me!

Arnandre Erelue, a Breton, walks into the bar. He is wearing the same as before - Order Priest Robes, an Order Priest Hood, a Spelldrinker Amulet, a Ring of Wizardry and a Sorceror's Ring. On his back is a Mages' Staff of Paralysis, and at his waist is a small satchel and a sheathed Glass Dagger. Arnandre removed the Night-Eye enchanted hood and adressed the barkeeper.

"Cyrodiilic brandy, please." he said worriedly - one would be if they were being hunted by illegal assassins. Arnandre had found out from the Imperial Legion that many were being hunted down, many having seen themselves on a scroll held by the assassin. They all had one thing in common, and that was that they were all at least Warlock rank in the Mages' Guild. Arnandre had a good idea who it may be, but many people may be like Alessia Ottus. Nevertheless, Arnandre would not have put it past the women to eliminate every Mage in existance secretly.

"Kenjatsu. Long time no-see, eh?" he said, attempting to sound cheerful - He didn't want the Argonian to feel down.

Kenjatsu turned around when he heard the familier voice.. "Greetings! Salutations!" Kenjatsu said with a cheerful tone. "Fancy meeting you again here! How does the day greet you, Friend?" Kenjatsu said with a smile.

The Inn-Keeper walked over to Kenjatsu with his Bottle of Ale and three peaces of Mutton on a plate and placed them all on the table infront of Kenjatsu.

Leona entered the building. She was wearing a brown robe with a hood. The hood was up so that it could hide her face-and for a good reason to. She did after all have the light red eyes of a vampire..

The khajiit smiled as she noticed the Breton and Argonian from before.

She walked toward them. "Hello." She did her best to sound friendly.

Kenjatsu held up his bottle of ale and cheered. "Greetings Leona! How does the day greet you?" Kenjatsu said with another cheerful tone before taking a gulp of his ale..

With a creak, the door opened and a hooded figure walked in.
If you looked closely, you could see the pale dark skin of a dark elf.
If your eyes were particularly good, you would notice his fist tightly clenched around a dagger at his side.
He closed the door, looking at everyone suspiciously, and strode over to the bar.
"Greetings. What would you like?" Asked the barkeeper hospitably.
"Ah...give me a bed to spend the night."
"That will be 10 septims."
The elf looked irritated, as if aggrieved at having to do something so unnecessary, but he took ten coins out and handed it to the barkeeper.
He then turned around moodily and started to head towards a lone table, but then appeared to brighten up, and instead headed towards the group at the table.
"Greetings, Argonian", he said, completely ignoring the others.
"What do you think of the recent assassinations of the Emperor, and his sons Geldall, Enman and Ebel? Who ever were behind it must be pretty organised, you can't deny it."
He only had a few hours left until his mission would commence, and he figured he may as well enjoy himself.

"Oh, THAT. I think the Mythic Dawn would only want such a killing."

Arnandre had cut in.

The elf stared at him, taken aback.
"What do you know of the mythic dawn?"

Arnandre frowned.

"Why, of course I do. I studied it for a while at the Arcane University. It's a cult of worshippers of Mehrunes Dagon. I feel that only they would attempt to destroy all of Septim blood so that their master could cross over to Nirn."

"The Mythic Dawn were the ones, huh?" Kenjatsu said with a I-Knew-It tone to his voice. "I've been read atleast the first and second books. Have not been able to find the others though. Interisting books i might admit, the commentaries on the Mysterium Xarxes.." Kenjatsu said then remembered what he heard while he was in the Imperial City. "I heard Kvatch is now in ruins. Oblivion Gates from what i hear."

Leona frowned and listened to them speak.

Her ear twitched slightly beneath her hood but the khajiit stopped it from falling in time and pulled it futher up to better hide her face.

Kenjatsu shuddered at the thought. "Luckily though, there are still survivers. Problem is, there are more gates openning all acrost Cyrodiil." Ask Kenjatsu spoke, a frown appeared on his face. "It's not just wild talk either. I saw a gate last night. Deadra were coming out. and if im not mistaken, the sky began to turn red." Kenjatsu shuddered at the thought. He looked down at the plate infront of him and took a bite of his mutton which soothed the blue Argonian.

The elf had remained silent up to now, frowning, but when he heard Kenjatsu his expression changed.
"Yes, yes, it does that around the gates. Truly, resistance is hopeless against this invasion. Surely you can see that Tamriel will be a very different place soon?"
Suddenly he glanced at the hooded khajiit suspiciously. He or she could be anyone.

Leona frowned and her claws became unsheafed for a moment.

Why is he looking at me like that? Don't tell me he can see my eyes!

The last thing the khajiit needed was being attacked by someone because of what she was. Her only weapons where her own claws after all.

She wanted to pull her hood futher up but knew that would be suspicious.

"Why are you looking at Leona like that?" Kenjatsu said. If the stranger noticed Leona's eyes he might as well make it seem like anything a normal khajiit would have.

As the Argonian, the khajiit and the elf continued talking an Imperial woman walked into the bar. She had a slim build and was of average height. Her long, silky brown hair went over her eyes and ended just below her shoulders. A pair of calm, lush green eyes shone out from beneath her hair. A harp was slung across her back and a steel dagger hung at her waist. She wore full leather armour and a crimson travelling cloak that was draqed lightly over her shoulders. She peered expectantly around the room, but since no one appeared to notice her, she sighed and went to sit at one of the many empty tables. She unstrung her harp and lovingly began the long process of tuning it, as travel had warped the strings a bit. As she did so she glanced around the inn, taking in the details, after all, she was a bard and was eager to play for the Inn's customers.

The doors to the inn flung open, followed by an young imperial man, he wore an old brown tunic with chainmail over it, he had a smile on his face and blood on his short sword that he was cleaning. He made his way toward the table with the women tuning the harp, he dropped a few coins on the table,
"Play your best" he said making his way to another table, around the middle. He sheathed his sword and sat down.
"Hey innkeeper!" he called out tossing a bag of coins to him at the same time.
"Best ale I can afford thanks," He leaned back in his chair and waited for his drink.

"Oh... thank you." Laurana smiled shyly at the Imperial man and quickly picked up the few septims. She placed them in a leather pouch hidden beneath her cloak and tied it up. She tested the last string on her harp and was immensly satisfied to hear the clear, pure note ring out without any fault. Replacing the harp on her back, she walked over to the newcomer and sat down next to him.
"I think I'll start when a few more people have arrived." She said to him, trying to make it sound casual, when really she was a bit nervous about this man's bloody shortsword.
"I hope they like me."

Kaznec looked towards the woman with the harp sitting next to him and replied, "haha, more people, more tips," the innkeeper sat Kaznec's ale down on the table, he smiled and thanked the man before taking a drink.
"I don't think I introduced myself, my names Kaznec, and if you're wondering about the sword, it's just some mercenary work. Got payed straight after this one and I felt like celebrating."

Laurana flashed a slight grin at Kaznec for the, "more people, more tips" comment.
"Hm, I guess you could say that Kaznec." She replied, glancing at the Imperial she realised she should probably introduce herself as well.
"My name's Laurana, I'm a bard as you have already noticed, and well, since you're celebrating I guess I should get a drink too. I don't want to insult the Innkeepers generous hospitality." She turned quickly to the Innkeeper. "Uh, I would like a glass of your cheapest wine thank you." As the wine was brought to her, Laurana ventured a sip and grimaced. It had a bitter, unpleasent taste that burned her tongue. She grinned at Kaznec.
"Well, that's what I get for having a bard's salary!"

Kaznec laughed, then asked the innkeeper for another ale, "Try one of these, i bet it will be much better." the innkeeper came back over and placed an ale on the table.
"Anyway Laurana, what made you want to be a bard?" Kaznec took another large glug from his ale.

Meanwhile, the table seating Arnandre, Kenjatsu, Leona and the standing Elf was still consumed with an awkward silence.

"Tell me, dear sir," Arnandre questionned, leaning on the table, "What do YOU know about the Mythic Dawn?"

OOC: I thought I'd add some drama to this inn. :P

IC: Laurana slowly raised the ale to her lips and took a sip. It tasted a LOT better than the wine.
"Mmm, that's really nice thank you," Laurana said to Kaznec. "Anyway to answer your question I'll tell you about where I grew up." She paused momentarily and then continued. "I was just 6 when my parents were both killed by a rogue werewolf when they were trying to protect me. Luckily the local innkeeper arrived just in time to scare it off, otherwise it probably would have got me aswell. The innkeeper then adopted me as his daughter, since he had no children of his own. After a time though, I grew tired of the same old routine of waitressing at the Inn and decided to go out and travel the lands." She paused. "You know see the sights and that sought of thing. As I travelled Tamriel I realised how wrong I had been. Thinking the world was a perfect place. There were monsters and vampires and things you should only see in a bad dream. But I continued on stupidly thinking it would get better." Laurana took another sip of her wine and sighed deeply.
"But then I stumbled upon an old inn which reminded me of home. So I went inside. But the people in there were so deppressed, sick and unhappy that it scared me. I couldn't believe this could go on right under the Emporer's nose. I got frightened and so I unconsciously started to sing. It was an old bard song my mother had taught me when I was a little girl. You should have seen the reaction that got from the patrons. Immediately they started to cheer up and smile, I think some even laughed." She smiled grimly. "It was then that I knew I had to help these people. And by bringing music into their lives I thought that, in my own small way it would help them..." She finished her tale sadly and took a large gulp of her ale. Laurana leaned back, letting her hair fall in front of her soft, delicate features. She shrugged. "I guess I just always thought music was the answer..."
