Honestly, I love it. It looks great. I'm truly happy that Bethesda is going back to their art style of Morrowind regarding character models. It's great.
I hope we can make the eyes red, skin darker, and ears longer, however. Other than that, just spot on. :goodjob:

Looks awesome. Guess it was worth the wait.

He looks ugly - not because the character art is lacking, but because he's a grizzled old dark elf with a twisted/dramatic expression. And the design is an obvious step back (read: forward) to Morrowind's. Maybe it's just this shot, but I'm getting a Fair Folk/Unseelie vibe, which would be a subtle but much appreciated improvement over the "annoying gnome" or "pointy-eared human" take on elves.

I love his grimace. The expressions is fantastic. He's an UGLY Elf, that's for sure, but ugly in a good art style type of way.

OT, that screen is badass. It oozes dark intensity, with it's haunting atmosphere and ominous moon.

This is just one example of Dunmer created with the new and improved character generator, BTW. I've noticed that some people seem to be under the impression that all Dunmer will look like this. This is not the case.

I'm really impressed with the level of detail in the face. Beth wasn't playing around when they said they would make those faces better.

The pic looks great. The Dunmer looks amazing, don't like the hairstyle but that can be changed easily so is not a problem. The weapons look amazing, the sky is gorgeous and the architecture is great.

One thing that I am curious about is why it took so long to release a screenshot, just what have Beth done to the pic to make it look "awesome" and why didn't it look good in the first place if indeed it didn't?

Still nevermind love the new design and well done Vsions and team :celebration:

Absolutely amazing!! Good job BGS! :tops: I really love the Morrowind style of the races, they have much more character than those in Oblivion. Btw, if you look closely, you can see that his eyes are red.

I have not heard the exact Morrowind Dunmer voice, but they are definitely raspy.

And yes, he looks a lot like the depiction of Dwemer, in Morrowind.
