I haven't thought of name for the three heroes basically I think they might be already named. From what I gathered the game take place 800 years before Morrowind and Oblivion so I'm not sure if a past Tiber Septim existed and is Emperor of Tamriel. If there is a Septim on the throne it might be Tiber Septim the 2nd or 3rd (Oblivion was the 7th if I remember correctly). If there's would be a film on the Online game then the story will take place weeks before the events of the Siege and Arrival trailers.
For the plot and beginning of a film:
I making the reddish-brown female elf as the main protagonist. For the begging of the film like with all Elder Scrolls games she starts off as a prisoner in the Imperial City of Cyrodiil (In the arrival trailer the Assassin Guy arrives at the Imperial City. Anyway some Imperial guard come to her cell and takes her to see the Emperor (who I assume will be Tiber Septim the 2nd or up). She has a strange magical gift and the Emperor (or anyone whose in power at the time of TESO). Any who the Emperor wants her to do a job for him in exchange for her freedom, at first she reluctantly declines but the Emperor basically tells her to she HAS to do this job for him or be executed the following day. She agrees and the Emperor sends her on her way to Skyrim to gather one more other person....also he hires a Black Brotherhood assassin to accompany and protect her on her journey and has them magically bounded as insurance that she does her end of the deal...
This is pretty much what I have for a CGI movie intro----I'll think of more as it comes to me.
