Zennimax has done an excellent job with scaling there game, the low settings remind me of a certain TES game from the 90s...........

there was an IGN video with both sides shown real time so you can get a better idea.

yes the difference is huge.

No matter how you look at it this game really does have a well-written engine. Being able to scale this low is something you rarely see these days (not that you would likely need to because the engine is so well optimized).

If it wasn't for the character models and distant land, that could pass for a N64 era game haha.

Very true, but I doubt they would go through the trouble for creating sprites for all the character models. I suppose this would closer to Redguard or Battlespire in terms of graphics quality.
