Take no chances but proceed immediately to Wyenon Priory ,the Emperor's trust is well placed in you.
In other words .......

Hi,
are you still looking around exploring all of Cyrodiil, going adventuring and procrastinating about the Main Quest hehe!!
Why not its fun and Cyrodiil is beautiful with mountains to climb and rivers to cross.
So have you started the main quest or still exploring.

I've done the main quest enough times that I don't do it anymore. I just live my life, a lone archer, and give archery lessons to the fighter's guild in chorrol.

The way I play, I typically make several characters that designed to fulfill certain aspects of the game. I have my main character, Nona Sintalius, who met the Emperor in her jailcell, witnessed his death, and eventually ended the Oblivion Crisis. I also have a separate character, Zoey Tarellond, who eventually defeated Mannimarco and became Arch-Mage of the Mages Guild. Etc, etc.

For my non-CoC-bound characters, I use a mod to give them an alternate start to skip the whole Emperor sequence and arrive in Anvil or the Imperial City. Sometimes my characters interact with each other though. ;)

I always feel bad if I don't do the main quest--both because I'm slavishly loyal to the Empire and because I like listening to Sean Bean's voice--but I don't usually start right away. It's much easier to move around the countryside before the Oblivion gates have shown up.

I use the construction set to make Oblivion mods.
The power of imagination is the power to create worlds.
Thats wonderful.

I've only had two chracters so far who tried to tackle the Main Quest (both of them about 90% pure mages). In both cases, they procrastinated. It's easy to roleplay this. If everyone tells you the sky is falling, you go outside, and day after day the sky isn't falling, what's the rush to try to solve this? If Oblivion gates started popping up all over Cyrodiil on the way to Chorrol to meet Jauffre, it would seem more pertinent to get to work and solve the Oblivion crisis. But since everything seems to be in order, why not get involved with other quests?

All my other characters (the ones who do other quests while ignoring the MQ) just deliver the Amulet and then duck out of the initial conversation with Jauffre as soon as they can. I've even had 3 characters so far who haven't even bothered to deliver the Amulet (2 theives and a witch). they just pocket it. And why not? It's a trophy from the Emperor.

The Main Quest is very very slowly happening in Buffy's game, but she is only a bit player in saving the Empire. I expect she will help to save Kvatch, but then remain there to help rebuild. There are others in her world who are prepared to help the Blades if necessary.

Buffy is a fellow thief I see and favors the bow just like my elf Yavanna.
Thats great .
What rebuilding of Kvatch mod are you using.
I've been working on a rebuilding of Kvatch mod based on the building of Kvatchs economy for some time now.

When I play my good character, I generally make the Main quest top priority for a couple of reasons. For one, I like to keep as many named NPCs alive as it is really hard to do that with later levels. Another reason is having the nice fame boost. Plus, it's nice to be called a hero.

When I play my... other character, She couldn't care less what happens to the empire. The only thing that matters is striking it rich and doing away with the people who get in her way (especially any annoying cell-mates who taunt her hehe). She is an assassin, but no one else knows. Not even the Thieves Guild :shifty: She keeps her Identity well hidden.
