Tim preened, "Yeah, i found the bath. Weird thing, but was kinda fun." He stated awkwardly brushing his hands through his hair, "So miss, what will you do now?" He asked her, he was glad she was impressed, he liked to think he was showing his appreciation for all her help, And some money to help buy a room would be amazing. he stated to himself. Oh, and the naked women. he made sure he added.

As Lucifer walked towards the main hall, a light tap on the shoulder made him stop. One of the blades wouldn't use such little force to get his attention, and this made the Seducer wonder who it was for a moment. Turning he saw a odd looking khajiit, that seemed to be part elf.

"Uhm.. excuse me, sir?" The woman spoke, as if not wanting other people to know that she was talking to a daedra,"Can I talk to you for a moment? I'd just.. like to ask you some questions?" Her voice was elated, like that of a fan meeting a celebrity they worshiped, making Lucifer raise an eyebrow "It'd mean a lot to me if you would.."

Why would such a individual wish to speak to me? strange she seems excited rather than terrified Lucifer thought as he smiled at the Khajiit.

"Why now aren't you the brave one coming up behind me like that" The Daedra said, his smile never fading. "I would have thought your hand would be on a hilt like these gracious men surrounding me, yet here you are with an excited voice asking to speak to me" His eyes flashed colour for a moment as if to see if she would run off, but it already seemed that she knew what he was.

"Well I am sure you do have many questions to ask, and as it seems i will be unable to leave this place for the time being without a little scruff with these men, I will be glad to spend some time with such an exquisite individual as yourself" with that said Lucifer walked over to a couple of chairs and motioned for the woman to sit. "But where are my manners, my name as i am called in this place is Lucifer" He said waiting for the Khajiit to sit before he did so himself.

--

Mia looked up at the nord who was smiling at him, and shrugged. "I guess i shall take the salad here, with a bit of Cyrodillic wine if you may" She asked and smiled back warmly. "After all i have a figure i need to maintain, and we wouldn't want anything to go astray with it now do we?"

The Nord nodded, and left the two while their meal was being prepared. "So Vivian.. what do you think the others were thinking seeing us the way we were hmm?"

Viuven-Ru
Cloud Ruler Temple Barracks

Viuven had dressed in a fresh robe. For the most part, he owned only sash-tied cloaks. A single outfit of maroon clothes were his only exception, and those he only possessed because of Jordanna. She had made him buy them to try and get him used to pants. Dressed in a smoky gray cloak, Viuven raised the hood, grabbed Herleif and exited his room, his bare feet padding silently down the hall.

A door behind him closed, nearly slamming. Curious, Viuven turned and walked over to the door momentarily. From inside there came the sound of a muffled Dunmer voice, and Viuven only knew of one Dunmer woman native to Morrowind who was in the building. Seems like something has Iris pissed off. He decided, Wouldn't want to be around when whatever is building up blows over. Dunmer women have nasty tempers, I hear.

Nevertheless, Viuven decided to wait in the hall, leaning slightly on his father's halberd. Iris would eventually leave the room and Viuven would walk with her to the front of the building. Maybe she just needs a friend. Viuven decided. Repay kindness with kindness. That's my motto.

Veyar Nydelvu
Cloud Ruler Temple kitchens

Veyar busied himself in the kitchen cleaning up after somebody. Someone had prepared a meal but hadn't bothered to clean up the cookware after themselves, so Veyar found himself tidying the kitchen. The scent that lingered in the room reminded him of Morrowind. It had been some time since he had a properly cooked Dunmeri meal. Well tonight will change that. He decided, I'll cook one myself and show Karst what Dunmer cooking is like. If I don't burn the meal.

The Dunmer chuckled to himself as he started setting to work on preparing the dinner. He was disappointed at the limited stock that Cloud Ruler Temple had, but considering it was a military fortress it wasn't too surprising. A slab of beef to start with, and Veyar set that on the stove, casting a small fire spell to get the furnace going underneath it. As he waited for it to heat up, he opened up the cabinets, searching out fruits. A few apples added to the table, Veyar opened a lower cabinet and dug way into the back. Ahh, it's still here!

With a grin, he pulled out the jug of sujamma he'd smuggled into the kitchen a few weeks earlier and popped the cork. The rich sweet scent of the alcohol had only enhanced in the time he'd let it age further, and he poured the amber liquid into two tankards before replacing it in the cabinet.

Melanarde was sitting on the edge of Teegus's bed again, pondering what might have happened to the Argonian and what the Imperial in the corner had to say, when a knock came at the door. Now who could that be?

Standing, she strode briskly to the doorway and opened it a crack to see who was there. A youthful face with handsome brown hair greeted her and it took her a second to recognize the shirtless human boy without all the dirt. "By the Gods.. Tim? You're clean! You look wonderful. Just a moment." She told him softly through the door, then looked back to the others in the room. "Pardon me a moment. I have something to attend to. Fill me in on anything either of them say when I get back."

Slipping out the door, she leaned against it and beamed at Tim. He looked good clean. "Heya, kiddo. Feeling better? You certainly look better."

Teegus put his legs on the floor, and looked around to get a better view of his roommates. There was a Breton, a large Khajiit, an Elf who just recently left the room, and the Imperial bound and tied in the corner. Teegus looked up at the Breton, remembering the the explanation he gave Teegus. ''Three men'' He said. ''There were three, the...'' He paused, trying the remember. ''I killed one of them and....his body disintegrated..'' Teegus finished shaking his head slowly, ''I cant really explain...'', he slowly tried to stand, and nearly collapsed on the floor. Once he regained his footing, he looked down at his clothes. His Leather jacket, Chainmal vest, and Tan shirt, were cut vertically up the middle, exposing a small part of his stomach and chest.

Man, I really liked this jacket too! He sighed despairingly before looking at the Imperial, feeling that he wanted to kill first, ask questions later. ''How long has he been out?'' He asked out loud.

Melanarde stifled a laugh, managing to reduce it to merely a grin as she watched Tim puff up in pride. "Yeah, I found the bath. Weird thing, but was kinda fun." Tim said, brushing his hands through his now clean hair. "So miss, what will you do now?"

The Altmer set her left hand on her hip and gave a thoughtful hum, looking down a little off to the side. "Well.. I--" She was about to say 'I guess I should send you back home' but it occurred to her that if he did have a home, he wouldn't have been so filthy and hungry. Something donned on her that she'd suspected but never really realized until now. He's homeless, isn't he? Oh, the poor kid. He's so young..

"I.. don't know." Mel finished uncertainly. "I was gonna say you could go home but.. you.. don't have one do you?" Her soft elven voice was sympathetic, but without sounding patronizing. She let her crimson eyes run over him before she had an odd thought. "Hm.. Living as you have, I'm going to hazard a guess that you can defend yourself in a fair fight, yes?" Her lips curved into a small smile. "How would you like to travel with me? It gets lonely on the roads and it'd be nice to have some company. I'm sure you're itching to get out of here. I could teach you a few basic spells and get you some proper equipment." Mel's mouth curved into a devious smile. "And then you could come back and shove it the faces of the people who used to bully you. What do you say, Tim?"
_______
The Seducer smiled down at her. His voice was a little mocking, but she knew that Daedra felt superior to mortals. Personally, Karst somewhat agreed that they were.

"Why now aren't you the brave one, coming up behind me like that?" He asked, still smiling in a manner that made her think of an amused nobleman. "I would have thought your hand would be on a hilt like these gracious men surrounding me, yet here you are with an excited voice asking to speak to me." As Karst watched, his eyes flashed red and the little Khajiit couldn't help but grin.

"Well I am sure you do have many questions to ask, and as it seems I will be unable to leave this place for the time being without a little scruff with these men, I will be glad to spend some time with such an exquisite individual as yourself." The Daedra went on. Karst chuckled. I'm exquisite, am I? Heh. She thought as he sat and motioned her to do the same. "But where are my manners? My name as I am called in this place is Lucifer."

Karst smiled, remembering what she'd read. She could hardly believe she was sitting here, face to face with a live Daedra, getting to talk to it. Be polite and respectful. Daedra have huge egos. Don't bruise those. She reminded herself, then took a breath and tried not to look nervous. The alcohol in her system was enough to calm her so she didn't shake, but she was still giddy. "I'm Karstine. Uh, Karst for short. Whatever you like. It's.. really a pleasure to meet you." She told him, then leaned over so as not to need to talk loudly, her elbows on the table, hands interlaced with her chin on top of them, chest pressed against the wood. It occurred to her that Lucifer could probably see straight down her shirt, but figured he'd either like that or not care. She smiled at him still, still happy as all hell.

"I've never had a chance to.. actually talk to a Daedra before.." Karst chose her words with utmost precision. She didn't want to refer to his kind as people for fear of offense at being compared to mortals, nor would 'things' or 'creatures' work. She finally settled on a word after a second of feeling awkward. "You're amazing, fascinating beings, but.. I'm sure you already know that. What.. Uhm.. What exactly is it like? I mean.. on the other side? What's life like in Oblivion?"

Lucifer spied Karst leaning forward, giving the daedra an enticing view, but moved his eyes to look at the Khajiit's face. After all he was merely answering questions, at the present moment. Hearing her words, He knew that the woman was trying to make sure she didn't insult him, which again was something he never had experienced before, as most tendedto be hostile because he was something others feared and hated.

When asked about life in oblivion Lucifer shrugged. "It all depends on the realm one resides in. As most have known recently.. Dagon's has much warmer climate, than many others. In others it is quite different, as every Master has their tastes on the decoration of the places in which one resides."

He looked at Karst perhaps a little closely as he remembered the last time he visited Vaermina's realm. Many mortals that had entered really got the worst end of it.

"But living within those planes would be best described like many of your castles and towns around here. there is a hierarchy of who is more important, to the minion, and my position is one of those higher positions because of m proven skills these past millennia.." As he finished he looked at the woman again then down and then back to her again.

"What i do wish to know from you however, is how you are so intrigued by my kind"

Veyar Nydelvu
Cloud Ruler Temple kitchens

Veyar finished up cooking the meat and preparing the dish of fruit. He grabbed a loaf of bread and set it on the small tray along with the food, then finished it off with the two tankards of sujamma. Veyar picked the whole wooden tray up and balanced it carefully, taking it out into the main hall where Karst had apparently found her Daedra to interview. Veyar smirked as he walked over, setting the tray down on the table. The Seducer made Veyar nervous. His hand itched to hold the hilt of his ebony katana, but he resisted the urge.

For years, Veyar had been fighting rogue Daedra of various sorts, and Seducers were one of them. Hell, I may have even dispatched this very Seducer at one point in the past. Veyar realized as he looked at the man. Still... he's not hurting anybody yet, so maybe he's hear to, Vehk forbid the thought, to help us.

Veyar smiled at Karst as he sat down with the tray of food and tankards of sujamma, "Hey, I see you've found your Daedra." He gave her a little kiss on the cheek, to see how she'd react as he set everything out, then turned to the Daedra. "I suppose you're our latest guest here in Cloud Ruler Temple. I'm Veyar Nydelvu. Welcome to Cloud Ruler." Veyar used eighty years of covering his emotions to hide them perfectly from the Daedra, appearing friendly and welcoming. I've got my eye on you... scum. What he didn't have his eye on was Karst's 'view'. He could see it obviously, and was brave enough to admit that he'd taken a glance as he sat down, and also knew that the Daedra could see as well. She's using every tool at her disposal to get this guy to talk, heh. Or else the Daedra's already spinning his foul magick on her to win her to his whiles.

Gregory looked on curiously as someone knocked on the door. The woman then went over and left the room after saying a few words. His attention was already back on the Argonian before she even left the room. He paid special attention to his words as he spoke, and one thing in particular caught his attention. "Disintegrated. Now that is interesting. I wonder how that might have happened. Perhaps some form of self inflicted fire magic?"

He saw the Argonian nearly fall down, but made no attempt to help him. He was still thinking about what the Argonian had said, wondering how it might have happened. He did answer his question, though it was in an inattentive manner. "However long you've been here I suppose. Not very long. We could wake him up, if you wish. I'm Gregory Rolston, Mage's Guild by the way. I think I've given my name out to more people today than I have all month."

OOC: I just can't write today. Another bad post to put in the pile.

(korro, let's get this over with :P )

After Adeth got to the main hall, he looked around and saw Karst and Veyar talking with a stranger. He looked more closely and saw that the blades in the hall were many and then that they all had their eyes on the stranger. Adeth shrugged and decided to walk to the training room to get a bit of a warm up with his katana.

Adeth walked there by going outside and once he was out, the cold air blew to his face and made him shiver. He jumped to the training room door and inspected the hitting board to see it was alright. He drew his katana and took a few slow hits onto the board. Then he started to make stronger swings. After a small while of swinging, He just had to look around. IT was as if he wasn't alone in thre.

He stopped at that question and thought for a moment "Hmm why do you ask Zant?" he asked quietly, his tone dropping abit as he rubbed the cut on his back. He sniffed the air as they exited the armory smelling a new comer or three. His tail flicked the air, feeling along the walls like a third hand feeling everything as if making a memory of the layout.

Bruma.

-Theloria-

Could that be him? Mi-jan did say that Burd was a large, middle aged man. Also...his suit of armor looks different compared to what the guards around here seem to be wearing. No harm in asking at least...

Ignoring Thaden's usual rants of displeasure, Theloria made her way across the road, heading towards a Nord whom stod by the chapel stairs. The newly fallen snow crunched under her boots, leaving small foot prints behind her trail. Theloria's ears twitched as they heard a second pair of feet crunching behind her, and when casting a glance over her shoulder, Theloria couldn't help but chuckle as she saw a rather grumpy looking Thaden following behind her.

Approaching the Nord, Theloria bowed her head lightly, as she looked up at him.

"Pardon for interrupting you, but may I ask if you know where I might find Captain Burd? We have buisness with him.""

Upon hearing his name, the man turned around, his thin lips curling into a soft smile as he too bowed his head.

"That would be me, my lady. I am Captain Burd. Now, what be this buisness you speak of?""

So it was him! Hah! And Thaden said it'd be some ogre like beast...wish wash. Nords aren't *that* big.

Theloria returned the smile as she introduced herself, "Wonderful, I was hoping I would find you sooner or later. My name is Theloria, and this here is Thaden. We were travelling when we were told that Bruma were hiring mercanaries due to the current circumstances, and so we have come out here to lend our aid. But I am well aware that we are a tad...late.""

Noticing the glare from the corner of Theloria's eye, Thaden quickly put his hands up in defense, "Hey! Don't look at me like that!""

Raising an eye brow at the two, Burd shook off his confusion as he chuckled merrily. "Yes! You are indeed late I'm afraid. But...maybe we can come to some solution, no?""

OOC: Sorry for the messy post! Am leaving a "door" open for Aulakauss's character later on. :)

Xerxes' back was turned to the group. He didnt see the Argonian stumble, but he heard. but no screams so he didnt think there was an invaider.

The Imperial began to stir after being splashed by water >.>

Xerxes grabed the man by his shirt and then lifted him into the air then he growled deeply. "Wake up." The imperial's eyes opened and he looked about groggily.

Karst listened in total fascination as Lucifer spoke. Part of her was still unsure if this was just a really awesome dream or if it was really happening. Though she noticed his eyes wandering to her shirt, she didn't really mind; if that little display enticed him to give her more information, she was perfectly fine with him staring at her cleavage. She nodded and gave a giggle and small smile when he mentioned that Dagon's realm was 'warm,' then listened as he explained the hierarchies of the realms and that he was one of the ones in the upper levels of it.

"What I do wish to know from you, however, is how you are so intrigued by my kind." Lucifer finished after looking her over again. Karst briefly wondered if all Seducers did that or if this one just hadn't had any in a while. She was a bit taken aback that the Daedra was asking her questions, but happily replied.

"Well, when I was little, my mom had some old books and one was filled with articles on Daedra. I found myself most intrigued by the humanoid ones: Seducers, Dark Seducers, Golden Saints, Xivilai and Dremora. I knew from it that Saints, Xivilai and Dremora were violent and prideful beings but.. other than that, their unwillingness to speak to mortals disallowed any further knowledge to be had.." Karst was looking at her hands as she said this, then looked to Lucifer and smiled. "My mom, upon my questioning, summoned a female Dark Seducer who, in her kindness, played with me for a bit. She was sweet. I think she said her name was Maphasta."

Looking down again, Karst blushed a little at the realization she was rambling. "Sorry, I.. I've always been fascinated by your ki-- er!" Karst gulped and smiled nervously, "..by uhm.. Daedra." I hope he'd not gonna be pissed. I don't really know what the mentality of a Seducer on its own is. The one I dealt with was summoned, and thus, subservient. Lucifer.. isn't.

As she prayed she hadn't upset her immortal acquaintance, Karst heard boots behind her and glanced over her shoulder to see Veyar approaching with food and drink. "Hey, I see you've found your Daedra." The Arminger smiled and gave her a peck on the cheek. He then set the items in his hands down and looked to the darkly clad Daedra. "I suppose you're our latest guest here in Cloud Ruler Temple. I'm Veyar Nydelvu. Welcome to Cloud Ruler."

"Thanks, Veyar, but.. don't get too comfortable with kissing on me just yet. You've explained yourself, but there's a lot you've still gotta make up to me for.." Karst warned him in a half playful tone, but serious enough he'd know she really meant it. Taking a sip of her tankard, Karst's eyes bulged a little and she swallowed the liquid. It burned and she coughed a little. "Wow.. you guys drink badass spirits in Morrowind.. Damn.." Karst blinked, then laughed and took a slightly bigger drink, shuddered and sighed. "Ahh.. I like it though. Nice aftertaste." Picking up a fork, Karst cut off a bit of meat and put it in her mouth, savoring the flavor of it before swallowing. "Gods almighty, I'm hungry.."

After a few good bites, Karst belched, then blushed a tad again. "'Scuse me.." She muttered, then casually propped her feet up on the far edge of the table and leaned her elbow on the surface. "Well, while I eat, tell me a bit about yourself personally. Be nice to know what the daily life of a Seducer looks like."
_______
As he was putting his armor back on, Zant heard Do'Rhadi's question and shugged. "Just.. curious." He replied.

Zant followed out watching the other's tail trace the walls, an odd habit to be sure, while considering telling more. Finally, he let out another little sigh and explained briefly, "I.. I had a girl in Kvatch, the most beautiful Khajiit woman you could imagine. At least.. she was to me. The.. Daedra got her." Zant's dark ears flicked back at saying this. He could still remember watching as her eyes unfocused, a look of shock and pain etched into her face. He shuddered. "I was.. just thinking about her."

As Karst spoke about her fascination, and about the seducer that was summoned, the daedra listened and looked about as some of the other blades continued to give him evil looks, making the Seducer sigh. Even when the reason he was present was to help out, especially with who he gave them, the mortals still seemed hostile. Always fearful of something you do not understand he thought as a Dunmer came up behind and pecked the Khajiit on the cheek.

Glancing at the armour, and then hearing the man speak, Lucifer looked up at him. "You seem a little lost, Vvardenfel doesn't have snow, and an Arminger in Cyrodil, being friendly to Daedra, is like a scamp pretending to be mortal selling items like a merchant. Two entirely different concepts that do not blend." The Seducer said, making sure Veyar knew what he meant. Returning to Karst who excused herself after being less than polite, he made nothing of it, still fascinated why one would act so casual around a Daedra.

Upon being asked about his daily duties he shrugged. "For much of my time being alive, it has been much of the same. gathering information, seducing women, as well as being summoned at the worst of times.." Lucifer remembered many of the times where he was pulled from oblivion into the mortal realm many many times when he did not wish to leave.

"But over the past century summons of the males of my kind has been extremely rare. It is not like the ancient days.. those women were alot less.. refined, and subtle in expressing themselves" he said and grinned after remembering those times. Those were the days. While answering these questions he began to think of a way to ask the woman about the Seducer currently pretending to be mortal, without them suspecting what she truly was. After all part of the task was to ensure no one thought of the girl differently.

"When one has lived as long as i have, such an experience as talking one such as yourself.. who is this casual around one such as myself is rare indeed" Lucifer said after a while thinking of what he could say. "However i should leave you to your meal in which you seem to have been awaiting for for sometime, it would be rude to prevent you from such things, and your companion here would probably wish for me to leave the two of you in peace" He said and went to stand, but would not until Karst agreed.

He gave a nod, noticing zants curious watzh of his tail as he listened to the male tell him about his girl "I.. I had a girl in Kvatch, the most beautiful Khajiit woman you could imagine. At least.. she was to me. The.. Daedra got her." Zant had explained. Do'rhadi gave a gentle mew and replied "Well, I did. She is one of the Manes body Guards. Unfortunately I dont know what has happened to her with this Oblivion thing. But Im a bit of a promiscuous Khajiit so..." he shrugged giving a coy grin. "If she is still alive when I return to Elsweyr after all this we will be together." he chuckled abit more "Oh and as for my tail rubbing the wall, its something I was taught. The tail is a very sensative thing, ya know when a kid yanks it and you want to claw their face off for it? The tail gives different sensations on things and can act abit like a map for your mind."

Name: Aurek Bronislaw
Gender: Male
Race: Nord
Age: 24

Height: 6'8
Eye Color: gray-blue
Hair Style: Natural syle, medium length, and satin blonde
Skin Color: peach, slightly tanned

Class: Adventurer
Class Focus: Combat

Major Skills:
-Armorer
-Athletics
-Blade
-Block
-Blunt
-Heavy Armor
-Marksman

General Appearance: Aurek has a pretty average build, heavily muscled, but only for strength, not appearance. He is fairly handsome, but still average looking, despite his height. He has learned how to seem imposing when he wants. His face has matured, but still shows a bit of youth, especially when he smiles. His eyes are his most extraordinary feature, displaying kindness to his friends, and ferocity to his enemies.

Tattoos/Scars: small scar over his left eye, mostly hidden by his hair. His hands and lower arms carry many scars and scratches from combat, and working as an armorer.

Apparel Worn Most Often: Full Steel armor, minus a helmet, and iron gauntlets, as he feels his hands are encumbered by the steel gauntlets. He also carries an enchanted traveling bag which can hold more than it's physical capacity, where he keeps his shield. His arrows (iron) hang in a quiver on his back.

Unlike most people, Aurek wears his armor more than his casual clothing.

Apparel worn least often: Patched Vest, tan pants, and doeskin shoes.

Weapons: Fine Steel Longsword, war-hammer, and bow, as well as a sliver dagger hidden in his boot.

Spells: Nordic Frost, Woad, Heal Minor Wounds, and Easy Latch Crack

Mental Description: Aurek's overall demeanor is of someone at peace with his place in life. He's a fighter. That's what he does. He is usually very calm, but has anger inside of him he takes out on his enemies. Towards his allies, Aurek is friendly, joking, and often helps them out with things, big or little. His trust is easily gained, as he sees the good in people, but once you break that trust, it is nearly impossible to get back on his good side.

Brief History: Aurek was born in Skyrim, in the town of Falkreath. He was born into wealth, enough so to have a fairly large home. As is the Nord custom, Aurek's father taught him how to fight as soon as he could walk. His childhood was normal, getting into mischief with other children, being chastised by advlts, and daily lessons from a tutor his parent's hired. When Aurek was 14, his life fell apart. Marauders traveling through raided the town. Aurek's parents fought back, taking many with them before they were struck down by the remainder. In a fit of rage, Aurek took up his father's shortsword and struck down the ringleader. That was his first taste of real fighting. After the death of his parents, Aurek had a lot of anger built up. He traveled around Skyrim, finding odd jobs, working as an apprentice to an armorer for a while before he was old enough to join the arena. He moved to the Imperial City and started fighting. He used his anger to move up through the ranks, eventually reaching Gladiator rank before he just, ran out of anger. He was done killing random people he had nothing against, so he quit, coming out of it with an extremely calm personality. After that, he spent years traveling across Tamriel, learning little things here and there. Looking for something to do at the moment.

Snow gently fell to the earth as a Nord walked up the path to Bruma. He was wearing his armor, which was weighing heavily on him from the walk from the Imperial City. The wind blew in his face, and he closed his eyes and put his arm up. 'Why am I back in the cold?' he asked himself. He had been to Anvil recently; nice and warm, comfortable, if a bit rainy. He was resistant to the cold, as all Nords are, but that didn't mean he liked it. His boots clanged noisily on the ground, leaving deep footprints in the freshly fallen snow. He looked up at the city gates. Large and imposing, meant to keep others out, yet were the only way in. Aurek has always thought about things like this, more as a way of keeping his mind busy than anything. He clenched his fingers, which were close to freezing off. He held them up and blew on them a bit. There was something to be said about the workout of walking from one town to another in full armor with a warhammer on his back, a sword on his hip, and a bag with a shield in it hanging across his chest, messenger bag style. Aurek figured he would be bruised all over, and was looking forward to taking a nice nap. 'Not Olav's this time' he pondered 'What's that other one....something about a bridge maybe...' The name failed him, but that didn't matter. He knew where it was, more or less. He approached the guards, smiling shortly "Lovely weather, eh?" the guards chuckled a bit, and Aurek entered the gates to Bruma.

OOC: ok adeths last post was a bit awkward for me as he would have gone straight past me.... lets fix it...

IC:

As Jet lurked through the corridoor he heard the door behind him open, he quickly peered round and went through the nearest door taking him into a training room as it appeared. He quickly stumbled to the dark end of the room and crouched behind a table, hiding quietly he observed a small man come in and pick up a sword before swinging it against the practice target. Jet lay still and slowed his breathing but before long the man/boy paused and peered round, he obviously knew he was not alone.

[censored]it..... he thought to himself as he stood up and stepped from the shadows.

"Fine... you caught me..." he sighed as he walked a few steps into the light before halting, raising his hands in a surrendering fashion.

OOC: cue Adeth.

(sorry about the awkwardness)

Adeth was about to turn around after seeing nothing but then a shadow grew up and approached coming to light. The face and the tone of the shadow brang up a memory. He looked the man up and down to see if it really was the one responsible for all this.

It started out as a dare, a stupid dare, a tall, slim man of around his age had approached him and made a bet. If he could steal the arena money from the wood elf who sold tickets and took bets. Adeth walked to the chest near the wood elf and crouched casually while the man was talking to a few people and looking away. Managing to open the lock Adeth took the bag and walked away casually and no one noticed him carrying the money pouch.

The next thing after getting half way through back to the door outside there was a shout for a thief. A low shout followed by a grin as Adeth was being taken away by the guards.

Adeth hit the man hard in the face without a further explanation.

Tim's eyes lit up as she asked him if he could walk with her. "Oh miss! Yes! Sure! Ofcourse!" he shouted happily, he wanted to hug her, but she'd probably find it a bit innapropriate. "You don't know what this means to me!" he added; after all, he'd been trying to find a life greater then that of a dead man for years. "And yeah, I can fight, I can't use a sword though, and i'm not really strong enough to lift one or wear armour." He added again, "But don't worry miss! I'll work hard and make sure you don't regret it!"

Hands still in the air Jet was caught offguard by the punch, he flinched and staggered backward as he dropped his staff with a loud thud against the floor before grasping his face with his hands. The suprise hit from the tiny man had come without warning and was completely unexpected, leaving Jet with a red mark on his face.

"OW" he yelped as he rubbed his face and fixed the placement of his shades. "What the hell?! There was no need for that! I hadn't taken anything yet!" he followed up as he stood upright again, bracing himself in a combat stance prepared for a further onslaught.

"You can't go round hitting people in the face that are twice your size... if i weren't so much of a pacifist you'd be bloody by now." he threatened cowardly. He took the pause in speech to observe the boy, seeing that his clothes were quite new and his face clean he definatly couldn't have met him previously, most people he knew were tramps and thieves.

"Who are you anyway?" He asked, lowering his hands slightly and raising an eyebrow.

'Seems like you haven't changed.' Adeth said coldly and annoyed. The tall man represented all the qualities Adeth disliked. All that he was, exept for one thing. He pushed the man against the wall near a candle coming out of the wall. The candle light revealed Adeth's face some more and could appear more defined. 'Your threadts are nothing. You haven't seen what I have. Not with these anyway.' With that said Adeth took the taller man's shades.

'Thanks to you I have seen Oblivion. Thanks to you I was in prison because of your bloody dare.' Adeth half shouted but then slumped slightly, into a more familiar pose. 'Jet the Coward. I actually thought I had forgotten your grin. But it's still there.' He said quietly and with a tone that contained no hostility. 'You owe me the money you set me up for at the arena months ago.' He stole the man and hit him in the gut. 'Think of that one as a reminder worse could happen to you here.' Adeth said and stared the man intently, not with that half-focused gaze of the drunkard he had been at the time.

Jet's back cracked against the stone wall, if he weren't wearing so many layers it would have surely bruised his peach like skin as would the punch that came there after. With the assailants face now in the light he could recognise more clearly who he was dealing with, squinting without his shades his face shocked into one of realisation. The memory of that day had gone without a second thought, his prank was only one of jest and self gain for him.

"A... Adeth?" he stuttered from behind his frayed blonde locks that fell from beneath his dark rimmed hat. "Holy cow! I wondered where you had got to, how you been man?" he asked without absorbing the part about oblivion gates and such.

Jet's face smiled as though he had just scored a big find worthy of a few coin at a fence.

"Wow you clean up good" he commented as he looked at adeths hair and clothing.

'I've been here and there.' Adeth answered not to give out too much. He gave the man his shades back, relaxed and took up his posture. 'Im not a thief anymore. Gave that up once I got out of prison, where you sent me.' He went on and took a step back. 'Whipe that stupid grin off of your face or I will and then turn you in to the blades.' He threatened with a cold stare.

'You know what? I could thank you for sending me to jail. Because of that I've gotten lots of friends around me and, well some experience.' He said in a more friendly tone now. He was completely under control. 'And Im guessing you're not clean at all. Atleast you're not swimming in your own vomit after skooma overdoses and booze.' He remarked. 'Im honorable now, and will get into thieves guild after all this is over. Just to ban you.'

When Lucifer spat a little quip at Veyar, she looked up and met the Dunmer's eyes with a 'Please, don't hurt him' look in her eyes. She didn't want to lose this chance because Veyar couldn't hold his temper. As the Seducer went on about his daily life, she smiled again, though. She found herself briefly wondering what a romp in bed with a Daedra would be like, then grinned at thinking what Veyar's reaction to that would be. He would be so freakin' pissed off.

"When one has lived as long as I have, such an experience as talking one such as yourself.. who is this casual around one such as myself is rare indeed." Karst heard him say, then looked up and swallowed the bite of food in her mouth.

"I like to consider myself open minded." She laughed and took another swig of the sujamma. Gods that is some strong [censored].

"However, I should leave you to your meal in which you seem to have been awaiting for for sometime. It would be rude to prevent you from such things, and your companion here would probably wish for me to leave the two of you in peace." Lucifer went on, beginning to stand. Karst looked up at him, then at Veyar, an sighed.

"Well.. Okay, but.. stick around the Temple a while, will ya? I want to ask you a few more questions later.. if.. that's okay with you." Karst was unsure what to really do at this point, but decided to take the immortal's words at face value. If he was testing her somehow, she wasn't sure what her response was supposed to be. Karst hoped Lucifer'd been being literal as she turned to Veyar.

"C'mon, sit." She patted the bench beside her and scooted over to allow him to seat himself. "I don't bite.. too hard." Karst gave him a little toothy grin for a second before digging back into her food. She hadn't eaten much over the last few days and it'd certainly caught up with her.

Zant had never understood the promiscuity of some of the women in his tribe back home, but he supposed that maybe it was a thing his father's genes had bred out of him. Or maybe I'm just a rare prude. He laughed in his head, recalling how.. frisky Karst was with Veyar before things had gone to hell with them. Zant gave a rare mischievous smirk as Do'Rhadi finished. "Well, I'm sure she'll love to have you back at the end of this. Assuming she's not taken by someone else."

At the mention of mapping the place with one's tail, Zant swished his a little in thought. He'd never heard of that technique, but suppose it could work. He knew what the Khajiit meant about having one's tail pulled though; Karst found his to be rather fun thing to yank and chew on when he still lived in Elsweyr. He still had scars under his fur from her teeth there. "Yeah, try having it bitten." He muttered, smiling at the memories of his little sister's tiny face grinning at him when he'd chastised and glared at her. She'd just been too cute to stay mad at. She hasn't changed all that much in all these years..

"Oh miss! Yes! Sure! Of course!" Tim shouted happily, his eyes lighting up as soon as the elf had finished her words. "You don't know what this means to me!"

Melanarde smiled at Tim's response. She hadn't expected quite that much enthusiasm, but was glad to hear he was happy to get out of Bruma. "And yeah, I can fight, I can't use a sword though, and I'm not really strong enough to lift one or wear armour. But don't worry miss! I'll work hard and make sure you don't regret it!" Tim added, and Mel reached a hand over to scruff his hair.

"Well, I can teach you that, but.." She moved her hands to lift his arms gently for a second before letting go, "You look like you've got more the build of an archer, not a warrior. In any case, though, I can teach you some tricks. I haven't been alive for almost a century and a half for nothing, you know. And maybe later we can find someone that can teach you some archery, eh?" Mel gave him a friendly smile, then tilted her head a tiny bit and added, "But you can't learn something without the gear to do so. I can't teach you anything about using a bow, but I can buy you one if you'd like. I have a couple things to attend to tonight, but perhaps we can go visit the blacksmith tomorrow morning. What do you think, Tim? Sound good?"

Viuven-Ru
Cloud Ruler Temple

After several minutes, Viuven decided that it wasn't worth waiting. Apparently, Iris wanted to be alone, and wasn't going to talk to anybody until the exact moment she told people to meet outside. Viuven tied his cloak tighter around himself and headed for the door. Down a hall his feet padded silently, without a whisper of noise. Viuven moved like a ghost in the night, dressed in his smoky gray cloak. The hood was down, though, revealing his ruby scales with the dash of emerald around his cheeks.

Viuven passed a very odd man. That was the best way he could describe the fellow as they passed each other. Viuven had never seen a Daedric Seducer, to his knowledge, and wasn't even aware of what was was. Still, there was something odd about the fellow. Viuven's very blood seemed to react to him. He simply felt wrong. Out of place. The Argonian shrugged the thought off as he passed. Inside himself, he could hear The Other raging at him about something, but his recently fortified mental defenses kept all but the faintest whisper from entering his mind. Viuven ignored the voice, as he usually did.

His halberd in hand, Viuven pushed the door open out into the freeze. A quick glance at the sky, and he could tell that an hour had passed. This is where Iris told Adeth and the other man and myself to gather... yet she is not here yet. For a moment, Viuven's fangs ground in his mouth as he clenched his jaw. One thing he did not like were people who didn't keep their word.

Veyar Nydelvu
Cloud Ruler Temple main hall

Inwardly, Veyar cringed and wanted nothing more than to stand up and draw his blade as the Seducer insulted him. Conversing with a Daedra, wanted for murder in my own province... what is happening to my life? He wondered. Outwardly, his smile was genuine, though his eyes conveyed a cold steel gaze that he had mastered over the years. He wouldn't allow the Daedra to goad him into action, though. Too many times over, he himself had goaded other people in Morrowind into attacking him. Legally, he couldn't arrest somebody for skooma possession or other minor crimes, but he could goad them into attacking him. That gave him cause to arrest them and take people off the streets who really were not safe. Veyar had done it and seen it done too many times to be fooled by it, and he would not let the Daedra cause a fight. I will remain civil. He told himself.

So it was that when the Daedra insulted him and eventually left, Veyar sat down with a measure of relief. He still would be tense as long as the Seducer remained in Cloud Ruler Temple, but he was confident that if it ever caused any trouble, between himself and the Blades they would slay its mortal aspect very quickly, and without difficulty.

Veyar poured himself a little more sujamma in his tankard and drank a few gulps of it at once. The burn down the back of his throat was a pleasant relief, and reminded him of Morrowind. "I don't like him." Veyar said softly to Karst, "I don't trust him not to try anything. I believe him when he says he's here to help, but it's only because right now that's in his best interest. The moment it becomes more in his best interest to betray us, he'll do it without a second thought. That's how these Daedra work. They don't care what they have to do to mortals to get what they want."
