It has been a long 11 months hasn't it? Since Skyrim was first announced at the Spike Video Game Awards last year I have been hotly anticipating it more than anything ever before. When it was announced, my heart soared, I was the happiest I'd been all year (2011 was a very crappy year for me) and I shrieked with anticipation to lose myself in Tamriel once more. I thought that the wait would be hell, but looking back, it really hasn't been that bad. Sure, we have all had to cope with Skyrim being dangled right in front of us being unable to reach it but over the year, we have all been carefully fed small nuggets of information that have kept us satisfied... for the most part anyway.
Now, I'd like to ask each and every one of you to look back over the past year and tell me what your personal high points and low points of Skyrim's development cycle were. The initial Announcement last December? The first real meaty chunks of info in the February edition of Game Informer? The E3 Demo?
