Just wanted to spread the word about this. Everybody should go and vote for their favorite developers. Bethesda has no chance of losing the first round, but I still voted for them. And for Bioware and Valve, of course. And I made sure to vote for whoever was opposing Ubisoft.

If you vote, make sure to post here with who you voted for!

All I had to see was that the developers of Farmvill were up against developers of Half-life... that was enough to close the page right there. ha.

Well after hours of the topic not loading, it's finally working again and now I can see that Valve has really narrowed the gap. There's only a 335 vote gap now! If there aren't any more zerg rushes from Zynga, and the gap stays small, Valve may just win with all of the twitter votes they've gotten.

Wow. Valve is winning by 5 votes. Epic comeback.
Well, looks like Zynga put that giant banner back on their forums. I think they're nervous.

Saxton Hale is pulling some string. By pulling I mean he is going through the entire Zynga meeting room and barrel roll flip kicking the [censored] out of them to get them to stop telling the sheep to vote for them. That or he has taken the task upon himself to go into all of the games and wage a flame war with 4 entire game communities thus distracting them from voting. Hell.. if we know him he is doing this while shaving.

Whatever it is though, you can be sure someone is getting punched and is now crying.

The Escapist must like the traffic they're getting. The servers are being overloaded!

This is more exciting than the Duke-West Virginia game.

It's a good lead, but I can see one last wave of Zynga voters coming in before time runs out.
And that is where the Twitter votes come in.

May Vinegar Ra help us should that ever come to fruition.

Cool.
Shepard, the brave leader of the group. Freeman, the silent scientist. Niko, the muscle. Random MW guy, the tactician. And Arthas as... uhm... evil demon man?

United against the forces of pets and gardens.

Valve now has a 1642 vote lead, or about 3.6%. If Zynga doesn't get another wave in the next 5 1/2 hours, we might just be able to win this thing.

Well, there are also the twitter votes which aren't counted until the end. And looking at the Escapist twitter, there are a lot of Valve votes.
Hopefully we can keep this lead though.

That happens every 5 minutes, no big deal.

I think we have a really good chance at winning this. Only 5 1/2 hours to go!
