5 reasons why ESO will be Successful.
---------------------------------------------------------
1) no company has dedicated as much time and effort in a new release since SC2.
2) ESO will be replacing the existing standard of WOW, and set the bar. So many MMORPG's have attempted to do so, but have failed to come remotely close. ESO WILL be the new game of the year end of 2014.
3) ESO will never be free to play. Meaning only those who are willing to spend $.50 a day to play will be able to enjoy. This includes regular updates, no pay to win, and quality customer service.
4) No company is more dedicated in releasing a quality product in the year of 2014 than ESO. if you disagree, please list one so I can laugh at you.
5) Game play, in depth game story, quests, and reward system are top notch.
5 Issues that will hurt this game
----------------------------------------------------------
1) Being released to more platforms than just PC. Yes, I understand the market trends of Console, But what about the die hard PC Gamer Junkies that expects a game to push their PC to the max. Call me old school, but any time I see a game being released to console I am slightly disappointed.
2) If you are in a Group, Then quest should be group orientated to an extent. I found many issues in the Beta with attempting to complete a quest with a very small group, and had many difficulties waiting for a quest item to appear and such.
3) No Auction house....Although Diablo 3 showed how a auction house (perhaps it was the real money factor) could destroy a game. What will happen now is that their will be huge amounts of people in a Guild just simply to trade....Although I understand the technical difficulties with this issue, A Mass Auction house would be beneficial if done correctly.
4) During Beta, It was very disappointing to grind so hard and long to complete a quest, only to find a bug at the very end. Hopefully they will take /bug seriously and fix these issues prior to release. I am very curious on how many bugs will remain on the higher level quests since these are the least to be tested.
5) Skills. Although there are so many options for skills, and the ability to wear any armor, and use any weapon, it was was very disappointing to see the skill ladder compared to the previous single player Elder scrolls games. I understand that being an MMORPG is a different ball game, but was hopping for more options to be different than every one else.
And now its time for uneducated individuals to Spam ridiculous comments. But for those who have the same views or very different views please state it, and give me some evidence. DON'T BE THAT PERSON.
