This continues to happen to me and I'm not sure why. I played the entire DLC in one go and unlocked all of the special things from completing it. Then I shut the system off and went to bed. The next day, after I got home, I booted up the game to find that New Game + was still available, however I couldn't play it because I supposedly had no save files. I checked my actual memory and the save files are there, so it's something to do with the game not loading them up, not that they've been deleted. I'm not sure how to fix this, but I can't play the entire thing AND achievement hunt all in one sitting. I'm far too busy and I only have short spurts of time in which I can play a video game. Any help on this would be appreciated. And please no jokes about The Keeper having them in his safe. I've already heard this joke too many times. I read online somewhere that one other person was having this problem. Thanks so much in advance.

Here are some ideas that may resolve the issue:

- Uninstalling and reinstalling The Executioner DLC.

- Make sure you're choosing the right source for the save file. On Xbox 360, assuming you're using cloud storage, it will ask if you want it to look locally (hard drive) or on the cloud (stored on Internet servers).

- Trying moving the save file to another hard drive or to the cloud.

- Try uninstalling and reinstalling The Evil Within main game.
