While appropriate in nature, I don't think the.... apparatus in question is available to the denizens of the TES world

I probably does; given a lack of knowledge abut what bathrooms and therefore hygiene to any extent is in TES, it is safe to assume – until we are given info – that everything there is as it is in real life.

I would hope that it wouldn't be a necessary feature in-game

I'm sure Todd and the devs would just put a poorly implemented mini-game in....

@ DFT: I assumed since there were no bathrooms in TES that the denizens simply worked differently then us, and instead of expelling waste, they simply broke it down in their bodies and converted it to energy

And who let the GM out of his cage? Get back in there you, until we need a post. Its amazing how many posts we can accomplish without actually doing much other then giving names to people

Whoa, everyone was busy again last night. I just wanted to let you know that I'm staying with a friend this weekend so I might not be able to post much. I'll try to get on if I can, hopefully at least a short post once a night just to keep up. But if stuff starts getting exciting and I'm not around, feel free to assume I'm moving with the rest of the group quietly, so I don't hold you up. I don't mind :)

I'm just waiting for a post of how the ruins actually are inside; if I want Juhanor to move forward and describe the surrounding, I actually need to know what they look like.

Maybe that wasn't clear; I would like to know what the ruins look like so I don't go describing something that they are not.

Did you ever play Tribunal? If you have, then the part of Saarthal you are in looks a lot like that. Caves, with some stone debris that might once have been buildings scattered about. You're mostly in a tunnel section right now, with torches every 40 feet or so.

Is everyone waiting for Cordus to give the nicknames to our characters? Or something else?

I am waiting for anyone to make a progress. I'm kinda out of things to post about with the current situation

Edit: it seems that most of the players are offline during the weekend... :(

I got that sense too. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned the dragonish language inscribed on the door earlier.

And as for hiding behind an 116 year old man, Learn som god-damned respect! And, well your at it, GET OFF MY LAWN!

I'm trying to figure out, if it is a dragon, weither or not it will understand my shouts – which are in it's native language – and know what I am trying to do.

If it does end up being a dragon I would think it should know whatever he is saying when shouting. Could end up being anything though, might end up being a mountain giant or something. That'd svck for the characters but in a fun way lol.

Or, it could be an Argonian thats smoked too much tobacco.
But my money is on a dragon.

Alas, not a dragon, but something far more...quest specific.

As for the digging sound, well, I may or may not spring that on you guys right now. Depends on what I see :P

^ As I said the first time i got into a battle while RPing,

It doesn't matter what it is as long as it can't live without a head.

But seriously, good question. I'm currently wondering who necromanced them to un-life.
